Wow, I've been a lifelong fan, have seen him in concert, never actually thought of his height until now, but always thought he was tall. Interesting.

Rob, I think you can add him to the rock singers category.

An honest guy about his height and weight I'd say, could look a little slight but not exceptionally so.

Lightfoot's height is an enigma, Rob. People who have met him have guessed his height, and the guesses fall within a four inch range. I saw him on stage when I was a teenager, and I thought he was a big guy, but of course I was forty feet away and there was no one standing next to him for any scale. I have read that he could be five foot nine, which is way shorter than what I thought he was.

What? Five-eight? You're kidding. I just assumed he was a six-footer.
How tall is Gordon Lightfoot, by the way?
Editor Rob: not familiar with Gordon's height, of course heard his music.

Hey Rob, add Damien Rice height. There are several photos of him with Leonard Cohen. Damien seems about 5ft 8in.

Am I the only one who seems to think that Leonard Cohen looks just like a smaller version of Leonard Nimoy in this photo, lol!?

I don't think Cohen was the type of guy who would overinflate his height, so yeah, definitely the full 5'8" at peak, probably a fraction over the mark would be my guess

Looked weak 5'7 as an older guy, so yeah, 5'8 peak likely.
