I remember reading somewhere awhile back that she was five five with "long dancer's legs." She's always looked closer to five six to me.

Met her recently (December). She is taller than 5'5", I think. 5'6" or 5'6.5" more probable

Could pass for 5 ft 6 at times in younger years.

She's at least as tall as Emma Thompson who's 5'8. There's a picture of them standing next to each other in a scene from Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, so unless Maggie is wearing tall shoes under her costume, she and Emma are almost exactly the same height.

Saw Maggie in person a couple of times and I was next to her. I'd say she's taller than 5ft5 : maybe 5ft7, or 5ft6. She was 5ft5 when she was a teenager, studying acting in Oxford (that's why this height has been recorded).

Mmm it must have been one scene, in other stills of them Maggie does look about 3 inches taller.
Editor Rob: I feel she could pull off 5ft 5 easily enough in many films, even at times could give taller feeling.

Rob, do you think 5'4.5 might be a better fit? She looks more 5'4 range with Bette Davis in Death on the Nile. Plus Davis was getting older by late 70s. Can you add a photo?

Yeah, I met her a few times (she wore flat shoes), and I suppose she is around 169-170, taller than 165 anyway...
