Found another pretty decent shot showing Lee Jung-Jae and Jacinto:

The shot is a bit tilted, and the left side closer to the camera than the right side, but just compare where Lee Jung-Jae's head ends up relative to the "Star Wars Celebration" lettering and where Jacinto's head ends up at. Jacinto's head is close to two inches below where Lee Jung-Jae's head is, despite Jacinto wearing big boots as opposed to Lee Jung-Jae's modest heel. Jacinto's boots must give him close to an inch extra, so if he were near 5ft 10, he should appear very close to 5ft 11 Lee Jung-Jae, yet he clearly doesn't.
Also, note how he only appears two inches and a bit above 5ft 8 Dean-Charles Chapman, all while having more than an inch of footwear advantage. 5ft 9.25 is the most I can buy for Jacinto.

They are pretty thick boots he's wearing. 5ft 9.5 could be possible, not so sure on 9.25 though.

Looks too short near 5ft 11 Lee Jung-Jae to be anything near 5ft 10. Note the heel he is rocking as well, must be at least half an inch more than what Lee Jung-Jae is wearing. Too bad Stenberg's heels aren't visible, that comparison would be helpful. Can't see him above 5ft 9 in any case.

Looks about an inch in a half shorter than Lee Jung Jae, 5’9.75 would be the lowest I’d go for him, tallest I can see him being is about a fraction under 5’10

Yeah, this is still too tall, but much better than those online 5'11" listings. I'm thinking he's a strong 5'9".

Lee Jung-Jae looks 2 inches taller, hm?

Yeah, the 5'11" listings aren't correct. Here he is with Lee Jung-Jae on right, who is a legit 5'11:

He's got good proportions and good posture, which definitely make him look taller, especially when he's in a solo shot.
