Not convinced Islam is 5'11. He definitely looks 5'10.5 a lot, but during that standoff with Charles, Charles would have to be like 5'10.75-5'11 as he edged out Islam but I don't think Charles looks like a 5'11 type of a guy.

In one of Paddy’s YouTube videos, Daniel Cormier who is a solid 176 himself meets Paddy IRL and says to him he’s “much taller” than he expected.
No doubt Paddy is at least 5’10 1/4 to 5’10 1/2. I would give him 5’10 3/8 because of that morning measurement he got though, shows he still has a lot of shrinkage till noon.

Given how he got 5ft 10 5/8 say two hours out of bed, shouldn't he get a 5ft 10 1/4 listing? As that is probably what he falls towards around for the rest of the day.

It was an 8am-9am early morning measurement. He did seem to measure well over 179cm, possibly 179.5, but if he was measured much later in the day. He would probably get 178.5. I'd say it's pretty fair to upgrade his height to 5ft 10.25.

Editor RobReally all depends how long you are up, but the first couple of hours we lose a decent chunk, so 5ft 10.25 or 10.5, anywhere in that range could be possible by lunch.

I believe Paddy is a legit 5'10", he looks taller than some UFC fighters listed at 5'11" and looked several inches taller than his last opponent who was listed at 5'9"
