Hey Rob, I was listening to BBC Radio 1 this morning and they mentioned your site, in particular this page talking about Patrick's height, he said he is 5'10" and Chappers mentioned some comments on this page.

Patrick looks of a fairly similar height to Max Beesley (5'10"-11") in the BBC TV Medical Drama Bodies.

I think 5'10" is fair and accurate, 5'11" does seem a little too much considering how tall he looks compared to Brent in most of the scenes they have together.

I would say he's only about 5'8, he's only 2 inch max taller than Brent in my opinion. Also, on the commentary, Gervais and Merchant said about Baladi being the new Bond, then said they wound him up saying he was too short. I know they were joking but i'd say 5'10 is more realistic
