Hey Rob :) Woah, yes I remember this sighting of Paul Mooney, it was years ago (6-7) that I made that comment, but I have to say I am normally spot on, but I agree with your 184cm listing as I forgot to follow-up that I later saw him at a Starbucks as well on 125th and Lexington Ave. and he appeared a vey strong 6 footer, 6'0.5" Is very accurate.

The first sighting that I messaged about was myself walking behind him about 10 feet.

PS: You have done such a great job with celebheights, hence why many long time posters still come back. I even see Mr. R (legendary poster here) still posting!

Here is a guy with Eddie Murphy, Chris Tucker, and if you scroll down some more Paul Mooney. If we agree that Chris Tucker is a solid legitimate 6'1" (unlike the guy I work with who may be taking his height with shoes lol) then what's up with the difference?

5'10" - 5'11" Doesn't seem to terrible off. I like to add more to a peoples height, and give the benefit of the doubt, but look at pictures of him by his one time girlfriend from the Apprentice Stacey J. 5'10.5"?

Wow, I was somewhat far off, I was walking about 8 feet away from him trying to gauge, he was wearing a flamboyant, big fur coat that someone happened to comment on. 6 foot is very possible. I was at the 6'3" mark with trainers on. I don't downgrade celebrities at all, but he didn't look 6'1", but when I think about it I work with a guy who says he's 6'1" and looks that height to me, 6'0.5" seems more accurate, next time I will get a bit closer.

By the way any pictures of him by Dave Chappelle?

I saw Paul at the Comedy Store a few years ago. He followed Richard Pryor. He seemed to be a lot bigger to m. At least 6 feet, if not closer to 6-1.
