I think he's closer to 5'7.5" than 5'8". He can look average standing alone, but he is noticeably shorter than the entire cast of Law and Order SVU.

@Sam and Bobby: My initial impression as a rough guess from seeing him on TV was 5'8", but I also thought 5'8.5" was possible. However, the Law & Order cast is pretty tall, so it's possible they minimize the difference at times on the show. I think Rob has him about right if Peter Gallagher is 5'9" as Gallagher is consistently taller by a clear enough amount. I remember looking him up a few years ago and only seeing 5'3" listings! Posture isn't that good for a height comparison, but he really doesn't look that much shorter with Ice-T: Click Here Click Here I think Raul's 5'10" claim is more believable than Ice-T's 6'1" claim!

I would say a fraction over 5'8" like around 5'8.25" to 5'8.5" would be more likely from what I've seen than a full 5'9". Generally he looks more or less a solid 5'8"er.
