I absolutely agree with that. 186cm peak is arguable and he still looked tall in Upstairs, Downstairs

Rob, which one is likely?
I think it was unlikely he was less than D...in earlier roles I remember he could seem quite tall, so C isn't impossible.

One superb actress you're missing is Margaret Rutherford, loved her to bits. A wonderful character actress as haughty old busybodies. She was in Passport too I think. Once upon a time i think I got 5 ft 5 ish for her, but she was old by 50s and 60s.
[Editor Rob: I've got her in one of my books, yes she was probably a bit less by age 50 and at times could look 5ft 4 range, although in 5ft 5 range in her 30's isn't impossible.]
