This site estimates that Markiplier is 175.3, PewDiePie is clearly shorter than him and 174cm roomie so there is something wrong with 175.4 value here. You have to consider that he is wearing really "tall" shoes too. When I see his pictures and posture he looks like 170-171cm.

@HowToCameron Well that was 4 years ago. Judging by his latest video when he saw his Google listed height. It is possible he probably agrees in a way that he is 175cm. But maybe he still wants to stick with that 180cm claim. But either way he probably doesn't really care about his height. Either he is easily influenced in a way so he agrees with his friend or family's opinion on his height or maybe the doctor got him at 180cm, so he probably got stuck to believe he is really 180cm without being aware that it could be a improper measurement, etc. But then again that's just a guess.

My height is 5 ft 10 in (178 m) in the morning and barefoot, Average Swedish men's height is 5ft 10.5 in (179 cm) so I guess Pewdiepie's height is about 5 ft 9.5 in (176 cm)because real height is measured on barefoot, not any heels

Cr1tikal (Charlie) states that he is 5'6 (also erroneously stating that it converts to 172cm later in the podcast), which spurs Felix to say that he is 5'7 - but could be false due to a running joke on the show that Charlie is always outdone by someone who is still 'short' but yet an inch taller than him. However, Felix makes a seemingly confident claim that he is "5.87" - which is a talking point as he doesn't state unit of measurement, and the other hosts appear to fall into the same conversion trap from feet to cm so take their claims with a pinch of salt. I had one doctor who counted my hair as part of my height. She would push down the headpiece of the stadiometer just to the tip of my hair, but not push all the way to the tip of my skull, which is the accurate way to measure someone's height.

I think that 175cm for Pewdiepie is pretty close since he seemed to be slightly shorter than Fousey on this clip (who is marked 177cm on this site). There is a possibility though that Pewds could be even 176cm.

Take my country the Netherlands for example, it gets reported as 6'0.5" average and some sites even just round it off to 6'1". The reality? 5'11.5" measured which is documented and not some self reported survey.
I have also had an argument with a female doctor as well at work. I am not that tall, wake at 6'1.5" and go down to 6'0.75" so I claim 185 cm. She actually put me down on black and white as 188cm. I had to be as she was '180cm'. sigh..

OK so I've spent some time in Sweden so I can speak to this some. No 6'1" isn't the average height it's 5'11.5". It's not really uncommon to see someone under 5'7" it's also quite common to see someone 6'4" or taller, more so than in most places. No 5'9" isn't short for a Swede but it is a little below average. I'm a solid 5'11" guy and didn't feel that short when there. I would see more than anything that average comes from the larger number of really tall people. If you take them out of the equation I don't think the average is much higher than most places

@Jax His girlfriend may or may not be that short. She has claimed to be 166cm (five-five and a bit). You can't discern the difference in heel height here but perhaps barefooted she would be up to Felix's nose so she may be around 164cm and 166cm in shoes... 5'4"-5'5" for Marzia which is pretty average.

I met PewDiePie at a gaming convention in London, I'd say I'm a weak 5'9", probably more like 5'81/2" barefoot. I'd say I was about the same height as him and if anything I was maybe half an inch taller. No way his 5'101/2" or 180 cm claim is accurate.

Actually Rob, Pewdiepie and Markiplier do look very close in height. There were many shots that Pewdiepie looked taller than Markiplier, but at the end of the video, Markiplier's eye level looked higher than Pewdiepie's eye level.

I've seen a few italian youtubers doing the same thing! There's this youtuber (that I'm sure is 175 at the very most) who has claimed to be "about 180" a couple of times!!! If with "about" he means only 5-6 cms shorter than 180, then yeah he's about 180 😂😂😛
