I don't know why wrestling companies always hype their wrestlers to be bigger than they actually are ( I guess to bring in viewers) Adam (Edge) is a perfect example. Wwe billed him at one time at 6'5", 250, when it's clear he was probably no more than 6'3" peak, 220-230 if he was lucky. This pic with Rob shows he has lost legit height - 6'2" if he fully stood tall. It's hard to believe he may even be 6'2.5"

So why is the top of his head a hair over 6'1 on the measuring lines? He is 6'1.25-6'1.5 like i said. Are the measuring lines irrelevant? Are they not accurate? Because often times the lines show people considerably shorter than their listing but you dont change their listing.

It really does pay when you want to be a sports athlete, including wrestling. Edge did look impressively tall in his early WWE years probably due to his lanky appearance.

Editor Rob an ideal photo needs the camera about 5ft 9 high so it's inline with the top of my head. I think it shows him within half inch what he looked, so I think arguing 6ft 2 for him is quite possible today, although I was sure 4 years ago he really looked taller than he did up close this time.

I have to totally disagree with this listing. In the picture above, it is clear that he is no more than 4.5 inches taller than Rob. I wonder if he is 5 inches taller than Rob barefoot to be a full 6'1 but let's say he is 6'1. 6'2.5 is a bit TOO generous.

Edge has lost atleast 1 inch, he was definitely over 6'3 at his peak. He really struggled looking 2-2.5 taller than Christian on their show. That being said, Rob can you please add Christian. He looks 182-3 cms.

I believe a peak height for Edge was a weak 6'3" (190cm), as he always looked marginally taller than Triple H and Mick Foley. After multiple neck sugeries, he stands at 6'2" (188cm) today, my personal opinion. And I have a hard time believing he's anything over that nowadays.

Editor Rob I mentioned this before. He was scheduled to do the photo with Balfour and Bryant. I was near the front, he turned up and then had a 'my ball no play' look about him, telling Eric that he wanted to do his signing now and do the photo later, even though it was schedule for now.
Eric tried to tell him to do it now, but he went away...unfortunately I had a train to catch and by the time Adam came back it was much later in the day and I was away...

it is possible to be heavy but lean, this can be due to metabolism, height etc. it is possible that edges height may have streched out his weight thus him being lean and heavy built at his 250 lb prime.

I think he was really close to 6'3.5-6'4 back in 200-2001 since he edged out the rock who was minimum 6'3 flat.

Editor Rob a good chunk of them are. Put your body through the ringer and lift heavy weights over many years and it can take it's toll. But some might have worked more on their back muscles to help compensate and not lost as much some have.

6'3 to me, as for weight, he claims to have hit 250lb in his younger days. it's hard to tell when he was pretty shredded and ripped back in the day. maybe 240 to 245. what do you think rob?

The rule of thumb in wrestling is the 2-inch rule. Almost all heights are inflated by roughly 2 inches.
Adam was 'billed' as 6'5". He is actually 6'3".
The Rock was billed as 6'5". He is also 6'3".

He clearly looked 6'3 throughout most of his career, he wasn't that much shorter than Orton. He could be 6'2.5 today, his neck is looking compressed after his surgeries.

He can look anywhere from 6'2 to 6'4 his height is all over the place, given his quite severe neck injuries I wouldn't be shocked at a small loss from his prime.
Cena stacked up well to him on RAW, but Cena is a 6'0.5/6'0.75 guy himself.

You sure Rob? A full 6'3''? He looked a full 6'3'' to you? On this weeks episode of Raw he looked barely 6'2'' next to some of the wrestlers, but he did have footwear disadvantage compared to them to be fair. It looked like he was wearing Vans, I'm not so sure.
