Rob when a girl like her hafe a peak and current do you just go about how they look but maybe think that they still can be at peak? I mean like this. My mother is 69 next month and she was 175 peak. Today she can look 173-174 alot but its just bad posture. I have forced her to workout every day and i measured her the other day and she came in at 175,5 and i thought " whats going on here" :P. Many when they are 55 or older look a fraction shorter than what they measure and after a couple years they cant measure taller than the posture they walk around in. Thats my thought.

Editor RobIn Bess case I think she likely lost half inch by a few years ago, however there are some cases in which the posture has become worse, but can be helped.
In other cases like Jenny, it cannot be helped - the kyphosis has become a permanent curvature in which no amount of stretching helps recover.
