He is very height conscious, he regularly calls opponents migets. Like Chad Mendes, Jose Also, Diego Brandao, and Dennis Siver, he's also called Faber and T.J Dillashaw migets. I mean he really did tower over those guys though, and those guys are all listed 5'6 or 5'7, the UFC listing are off quite often.

5'8" is too low. He looks 5'9 ish all right and he is 145lbs is his lowest at his weigh in. The rest of the year he must be around 165. He likes heel boots but has no height complex as he walks barefoot no problem. Great guy, very smart and very professional.

I think so long as you guys are comparing him to other fighters, you're definitely going to think he's taller than this listing because all of them are listed incorrectly. The height could be changed if we get more pictures of him with celebrities of known height outside the sport to compare to. But comparing him to other fighters won't get us to far. It's completely possible that Conor was simply listed closer to his actual height than most others in the sport.

He consistently looks a solid 4 inches taller than Faber on the Ultimate Fighter, and looked close to 3 inches taller than Aldo in their press staredowns. Look up the photos of his pre fight preference conference staredowns. Unless he is slipping a small insert in his dress shoes 5'8 flat is unlikely, but 5'9 is too high.

George Roop walks around at 150 lb and says he is healthy and energetic, so it might be the right weight class for him for now. I think he must be incredibly disciplined about his diet, even if he is naturally skinny and has a fast metabolism, etc.

i thought so. Even though their top of heads are seem to be even but when it comes to eyelines , there is difference between them as the black fighter is looking at middle of nose.

I heard Joe Rogan arguing with Bryan Callen the other day about Conor's height. Joe tried to say Conor is 5'11 but they looked it up and Bryan's claim of 5'9 was "verified" by Google.
I think we should be very skeptical to take Joe's word for anything height related, as I argued in my last post on his page here.
