Robert Morley's Height
6ft ¼ in (183.5 cm)
English actor, best remembered for roles in films such as The African Queen, Oscar Wilde, Marie Antionette, Those Magnificent Men in their Flying Machines, Beat the Devil, Around the World in 80 Days, The Road to Hong Kong, Topkapi, The Battle of the Sexes and The Human Factor.
"It's natural that I should be proud of being fat." said Morley, who weighs 16 stone 3lb and is just over 6ft tall.
"But there's no doubt about it, most people resent fat persons."
"It may well be true that we all don't live as long as some of the thin ones - but we live better."
"We are physically and mentally better equipped to greet triump and face adversity. We are buttressed by our poundage."
"We are gayer, more entertaining, more resilient, more appreciate, more demonstrative. In short, we are finer people."

I know his face SO WELL, but I never remember him as a young man, as depicted above. It's interesting to find out that he just tops 6ft, so 6ft0.25 it is then! I knew he wasn't small....

Yes, near 6 ft 1. Alan Napier looked about 5 inches taller in The Loved One.

Rob can you update with a photo and English actor, best remembered for roles in films such as The African Queen, Oscar Wilde, Marie Antionette, Beat the Devil, Around the World in 80 Days, The Road to Hong Kong, Topkapi, The Battle of the Sexes and The Human Factor.
Yeah I think you might be close on this one Rob, he always looked close to 6 ft 1. Agreed Gonzalo, he was a terrific character actor. The stereotypical English pompous gent!

He was a big man. Was very similar in height to Rex Harrison so 1`84 could be a good guess.
