Glenn has said he is a weak 5'8 and Austin was wearing boots in this picture. Austin has never looked over 6' to me. I'd say he is 6'1 range in that picture with his boots. Look at him beside Tyson, it seems pretty obvious to me that he is not 6'1 not sure why is he listed at this height.

It would be 5 inches if Austins head to his forehead was 6 inches which its not. He looks to have 4.5 inches from the top of his head to his eye level so again Austin at 6'0-6'0.25.

Vegas, I could lean toward 6'0.5 at the most for Austin but nothing over that but I think 6'0 flat is more accurate but not easy to tell the 1/2 inch difference. The thing is Austins's footwear, we are unsure if its similar to Glenn's or are they his big boots that give 1.5-2 inches of height. If Austin has bigger footwear then you can bet he's not over 6'0.

He's only about 6'0 even, maybe 6'0 1/4. He wears work boots and baseball caps alot that gives him some more height. He was in stairdown with mike tyson in the ring for one those contribed confrontations back when both were in their primes and austin was only about 2 inhes taller, and tyson is put at 5'9 1/2 on this site. I think Tyson was 5'10-5'10 1/4.

one thing to note, he was wearing construction boots and I was in flip flops and we were eye to eye. So maybe he is 6'1 - him being about 50lbs heavier tends to distort things a bit too. That and after reading about all the heel sizes on this board, haha.

Glenn's "stunned" facial expressions don't surprise me in the least. But they do speak volumes. I'm sure many of the situations during which these shots were snapped were less-than-comfortable and certainly less-than-ideal.
I'm frankly amazed by what Glenn does. It must be incredibly draining. As one who has dealt extensively with event staff, management, PR people, security, doormen, and handlers of all kinds in the past - albeit in a different capacity than Glenn - I can attest to the fact that it all can be a COLOSSAL headache.
I'm just glad (and grateful) that he's able to get so many photos up here for us.

Most wrestlers are added 2-3 inches to their real height. Then you'll have some only an inch like Cena then some like Kane who are added 4-5 inches to their real height then some like Orton who I think is his billed height.

The rule of thumb for wrestlers is that usually they add 1 inch of height. This increases as wrestlers get taller since it is easier to get away with as height increases. So if Austin was billed at 6'2" during his days in WWE, he is likely 6'1". 6'0.5" at the shortest in my opinion based on those pics. (Nice job again Glenn)

I would say Stone Cold is about 6-0 barefoot, although at wrestlemania he looked taller than McMahon and Trump when they signed the contract for Wrestlemania. Didn't he also looked taller than Bobby Lashley who is 6-1 (billed at 6-3 in WWE, but Wikpedia once before had a source that he was 6-1, but they've removed it now)? Of course, he wears boots, but doesn't the other guys wear lifts too?

I would say Stone Cold is about 6-0 barefoot, although at wrestlemania he looked taller than McMahon and Trump when they signed the contract for Wrestlemania. Didn't he also looked taller than Bobby Lashley who is 6-1 (billed at 6-3 in WWE, but Wikpedia once before had a source that he was 6-1, but they've removed it now)? Of course, he wears boots, but doesn't the other guys wear lifts too?

Anywhere from 5'11.5-6'0 is most accurate for Austin. Lean more toward 6'0 but in a 1/2 inch zone its tough to tell. He could be closer to 240lbs though, he does look a little smaller since his wrestling days though. But his height needs to be bought down to 6'0 at least.

Danimal, do you think Angle is shorter than he was at at time. I don't really think so but maybe. I know when I met him he looked 5'10 and no more than that. I use to think he was 5'11-6'0 some years ago though but he was probably just 5'10 and I overestimated him a little.
