Big Show doesn't appear to have more than 3 inches on UT there. I just don't see UT more than 6'8 tops during his peak so he's probably in lifts there with Show. And I see Big Show at 7'0.

Even I'm willing to admit UT had a boost in his shoes durining that time, but I don't think it was more than 1". UT coulda been 6'9" there and Show 7'0.5". Show is leaning most of the time and UT is standing as straight as he can. So a 3" to 3.5" difference.

At Around the 3 minute mark taker measures up against the big show, wehn the big show was in decent shape. The undertaker was a lift wearer here but he looks within 2 to 3 inches in the video. And its funny pause the video at 3:08*** and you can almost think the are the same height. This again makes the undertaker to be between 6'7 and 6'8 but in this video raises eyebrows more to 6'8. Remember undertaker is showing good posture in these videos unlike he usually does.. Also take into account that its hard to judge the undertakers height if there isnt a full body shot because he tends to lean in and lazily bend a knee deducting over an inch.

Frank, Roberts was a legite 6'5" guy though in his day. At the very least 6'4". He had inches on my 6'2" step dad in 1990 at the Hilton Hotel where I got his autograph. He wrote: "Never stop believing in yourself Dan".

And thats when UT was a this peak too. Kane has a legit 1/2 inch at least on UT, if not an inch. At times it looked at least 2 inches due to Kane's lifts though. I'm now thinking UT was just 6'7 at his peak and Kane is 6'7.5 at least.

Why are Kane and UT both listed at 6'7.5" on this site? This video clearly shows Kane as being taller (Click Here). There is no chance of him wearing lifts either since Yankem was a jobber and they were starting to push UT at this time. Even the announcers commented on how surprised they were that Yankem was taller than UT.

Zordon, great find with that video. If you watch part 2 towards the end, when Spivey does the piledriver, you can see that his boots are actually THICKER than Undertaker's. Why, I don't know, since they were billing UT as taller. But that may explain why they seem so close in height in the WCW days. Plus WCW did do a lot of things that didn't make sense.

If Spivey is 6ft 6in tall, as he once claimed according to some of you on this webpage, and is billed at only one inch shorter than the Undertaker (at least in this video clip), than that would put the Undertaker at 6ft 7in. This claim, however, assumes that JR tacked on 2 inches for both wrestlers (6ft 6in to 6ft 8in, and 6ft 7in to 6ft 9in). In some parts of the clip, Taker appears to be nearly the same height as Spivey, while in other parts the Deadman seems to have a good inch to an inch and half on his partner. My guess is that Spivey is a legit 6ft 6in, while the Undertaker is somewhere around 6ft 7.25in.

IIRC, the guy claimed Taker was 1.5" taller than Kane (6'7" vs. 6'8.5") and that just isn't the case, never was. He was close to it Frank back then, I always had the guy down as 2.05 and Sid 2.03 at their tallest with Nash 2.09 or 2.09.5. Kane about 2.04 peak, Hogan maybe 1.99 in the 1980's, 197-198 early 1990's.

Dan Spivey from his own mouth said he is 6ft6in he cant be any taller or he would of said and if he has shrank he probly is closer to 6ft5in barefoot being over 50 and depending on what time of the day it is and 6ft6in in shoes as it says on his arrest paper.I dont know what the measuring procedure is when you get arrested do they measure you with or without shoes on or do they just ask the suspect there height if theres no measuring chart.At the end of all that i believe 6ft6in is dan spiveys real & peak height and takers height a little taller.

The truth of these "height talks": I am 6'3". I have meet numerous wrestlers in my day, including many of the so-called "giants" of wrestling. Khali is above 7 feet, and El Gigante/Giant Gonzales was 7'6" legit. I met Andre during the early 80's when he had his big puffy hair, and I will say for a fact that he was not 7 feet, unless you included his hair puffiness. Hogan is 6'5" legit, not 6'8". Sid Vicious is 6'6", Kane is about 6'7" legit, Undertaker is about 6'8", Nash 6'9 1/2". Please remember that wrestler heights are often exaggerated. I saw Roddy Piper listed at 6'2" one time, and when I met him he was about 5'10".

All the 3 Skyscrappers: Spivey, Sid and Mark look about the same height. In some photos one or another can probably look taller but that's normal because no 2 pictures will be the same since the body position of each man changes. Perhaps Sid and Mark were a bit taller than Spivey though.

Paul, misunderstanding man, I've always been for UT being 6'8" (see Oct 30 comment) however I'm very open to the fact that he COULD be 6'7", I just don't buy anything lower than that and personally I think 6'8".

I agree, there was only a 5" difference when they fought on Smackdown this week and whatever their actual heights are their shoes looked the same girth wise. Khali is one of the few guys UT actually has to look up to and force him to stand straight. UT 6'8", Khali 71"

Taker does seem a shade taller JT. I think Albert is nearer 6'7 and Taker a full 6'7. Taker had def lost some by this stage. If Big Al is only 6'6 though maybe Taker is just over 6'6. A 2in height loss is conceivable (Hogan lost 3' remember). Personally I favour the former theory though.

I've been reading the comments and looking at all the evidence in pictures for a while now without saying anything. It seems to me that the listing of 6'7.5 is more likely to be close to undertaker's peak height, rather now I can't see him at anything more than 6'6.5. For those of you who think that he may have been 6'9 or 10 barefoot, u have to remmeber that he was billed at 6'8 prior to his joining with the WWF, so it is logically unlikley that he was ever beyond this mark (barefoot).

I'm not sure if you guys have seen this photo already or not..but I have had it in my collection for awhile now so I'm thinking it was taken backstage at a WWE event in 2002 or 2003. The candid photo shows Vince, Undertaker and Big Show posing with former wrestler British wrestler Adrian Street and his wife/valet, Miss Linda....I believe Street was a legit 5'3" but supposeably a very tough guy.

UT had around 5 inches on HHH in most staredowns. UT has a long forehead and if someone comes up to just his eye leve its going to still be a good 5 inch difference.

The pic of Mamum with Taker is a cool one to have but is pretty mnuch useless to determine his height; Taker isn't even posing for a picture there; he's standing casually with his head tilted slightly down; he is not standing tall/posing for a picture like Kaner and Sid are. Here's my guess for those 3: Sid 6'7", Taker 6'7.5-6'8", and Kane 6'8". In my eyes Taker has Sid by an inch so if Sid is 6'7" then Taker is close to 6'8"; if Sid is 6'6.5" then Taker is around 6'7.5", and if Sid is 6'6" then taker is 6'7". Kane has Taker by .5-1" maybe - questionable due to his boots which are bigger than Taker's.

JimmyDavid, it raises the facial features in relation to other person. Look at the pic you posted for example, you can't even see the tops of either of their heads due to the camera angle, but you can see facial features.

The only real "trick in the book" to make you look taller is to stand on your toes.. lol, i believe Sid wouldn't go as silly as that. (But who knows? He did some crazy stuff in his days).

Sid's break was only on one leg, wasn't it? I find it unlikely that one leg being marginally shorter than the other is going to dramatically impact height, if at all, unless favoring that leg. That's assuming the broken leg is in fact shorter post healing. I somehow doubt Eudy lost much if any height from his break.

I don't think Sid lost height because of his injury. When bones heal it's created an extra calcium layer wich actually enlongates the bone instead. What could have happened was a natural height loss related with age.
I still say that Sid and undertaker never had much height difference wich was clear when they were face to face.

Randy orton looks alot taller than 6'4 david hasselhoff (3 inches approx) standing beside the same 5'9.5" guy but in reality both are the same height.

If you compare the photo of that same guy with Sid and then with Goldblum there is absolutely no comparison. Remember Goldblum is 6'4.5. Sid could easily have been 3.5in taller.
