Yes that's the episode from Man from Uncle. I saw it years ago. Interesting as Shatner in it too this before Nimoy and him were in Star Trek.
But Shatner may have lifts so can be risky to gauge height with him

10:30-11:30 has the Nimoy scene and honestly it barely looks an inch difference
5'11 seems likely for Werner
In Hogan's Heroes it's hard to get a good scene with no officers caps and perfect posture
Even Crane seems to not have best posture
I'm the scenes I've seen between Crane and Klemperer (years ago) it looked like an inch
1.25 max
There is an episode called The Late Inspector General with John Dehmer who was a strong 6'2
Klink looking 3 inches or so shorter
If you type in images their names it's like the second picture perfect posture from both
Looks 3 to 3.25 inches in my opinion.


Anyway 5'11 makes sense for him don't think he was more and no less than 5'10.75

Of course may be 5'7.9 or 5'8.2 but this is a fair listing
Klugman edged him out inch or so

Hope you can please consider some more people adding I mentioned like:

Werner Klemperer (look up Werner Klemperer and Leonard Nimoy. Rob I think Klemperer was 5'11 or at worst 5'10.75)

All the above are classic American actors who hold a large place in history

Rob, there’s also a chance that Tony may have cleared 5’8” if Klugman cleared 5’9”…

Anyway, 5’8” is playing it safe for Tony.
