Be 6'2 is perfect, is a tall height but not too tall. A man starts to have a dominant height around 6'4-6'5 and above. Of course you need a bulky frame, otherwise you're just tall. You can be 200 cm but if you are skinny, you are not so impressive, you are just super tall.

For everyone posting backstage face to face standoffs etc, Id like to inform you that they stand on blocks of wood, when they want to make someone look bigger in an interview, to give them a 1 or 2 inch advantage, they do this in tv, they do this in movies, so thats where the confusion comes in, I was told this by a couple of ex Wwe guys, when they were working the indies here in England.

I will never forget in an interview Alistair Overeem said he thought Brock Lesnar was taller than him before a face off. This was during the time that they were promoting Overeem vs Lesnar and their heights were constantly mentioned on commercial 6'3" Lesnar vs 6'5" Overeem. Why the hell would Overeem think Lesnar was taller than him at 6'3" unless Overeem himself was under 6'3"? Then only logical conclusion that one could come to was that Overeem is actually under 6'3" himself probably 6'2 - 6'2.5" as he looks in a lot of interviews. After the face off Lesnar talked about how he was shocked to see Lesnar was shorter than he was. Lesnar must be under 6'2.5" if bill Lesnar at 6'1.5" at this point.

Most wrestling boots do not give you a solid 2 inches in height. And Brock's boots are especially thinner than most wrestlers, so I don't see it giving him more than 3/4 inch. So 6ft2 barefoot, 6ft2.75 with boots.

Due to Brock being so wide its hard for him to look legit tall. Put him in the ring with a skinny 6'2 and if they aren't standing close together you'd think the other guy was taller.
His staredowns with HHH and Reigns pretty much confirm he's nothing under 6'2 and if he does drop under it late at night its by the width of a hair.

Brock lesnar couldn't even make it into the heavy weight maximum limit of 265 lbs, so before the fight he had to drain all his fluids and cut carbs out losing about 15-20lbs. When it ca me to the actual fight, lesnar walked 20 lbs heavier in weight . Brock Lesnar is easily 286lbs and in the WWE 2004 days he was 300 lbs. I've seen him in person, and he definitley looks like a all round big man.

Lesnar at his prime looked around 300 pounds of muscles(around 2002-2003)...today more 280....in ufc only 260-265 for the different training with massive cardio and abs....looking now at Brock he has more fat part of body especially in his belly

Even when he was in the UFC (as UFC weights are legit) he was measured at 265 lbs, and he looked the same size as he does now in the WWE.

When he tried out for the NFL, He ran a 4.6 in the 40 yard dash, benched 225 lbs 40 times, and had a 36 or 37 inch vertical. Thats pretty freaking athletic and comparable to great players such as JJ Watt. Brock lesnar never played football since highschool

Where's the official measurement of 6'2 3/8 for Brock? Yea these NFL combine heights are in the morning but its certainly not out of bed and even if its say 1-2 hrs after waking they'll surely have lost height from out of bed but wont be their low yet.

Can I just make the point to some people on here that I don't really consider myself a proper ectomorph. More like a cross between an ecto/ mesomorph. In fact when I was 18 I got quite fat and weighed 168-172 pound range because I would pig out a lot on food. I had a friend in college actually who was the textbook definition of an ectomorph standing at 5'10, weighing 140 pounds and he used to complain how he could not gain weight no matter how much he would eat.
When I was 19-20 I remember I used to lift very heavy weights on the machines at the gym (without doing a lot of cardio) and at my heaviest I weighed 174 pounds. At that time I was not dissimilar to daniel Bryan's build. These days I have slimmed down to 148 pounds by drinking more water, exercising more and not lifting weights that are too heavy. I remember 2 years ago at my lightest I weighed 138 pounds because I was obsessed with having a physique like David beckham or Bruce lee so I would over exercise by cycling miles lol everyday. I looked way too thin in the face at that weight but I am much better of now 12 pounds heavier.
I have narrow shoulders, thick strong legs, a long neck, fairly big chest and naturally big arms so I consider myself a mixture of ecto/meso

There's almost no way you can kick a guy's butt twice your weight, especially when the guy's an amateur wrestling champion and a MMA champion.

Kourosh- I once weighed 140 pounds at my height if 5'7 1/4 and but since now I life more weight I have gotten up to 148 pounds.
Perhaps you should do more weight lifting and get up around to around 157 pounds of muscle.
For your height I think that would be perfect since you can get a bit more power on you without being overweight and I bet that punch from your 6'2 friend would not feel anywhere near as painful if you were 157 lbs

@James B: No offence but Lesnar has been doing this for over 25 years and he's not obese. He's naturally a large boned guy and he's bulked up the healthiest way possible. Aswell 154lbs up from 148lbs is hardly a transformation.

I am just 5'9 1/4 and weight only 143 pounds so it means im a small guy. In my gym where train they are guys at 6'2 6'3 and over 230Ibs that i spar with. Can you imagine almost double of my size. Not to sound cocky but my kickboxing skills is much much higher than them and during sparring i have been able to hit them and giving them hard times . But due to their longer arms and better reach i took whole alot more punches and kicks and it is very very risky and difficult to reach their face because they are much taller and their long arms can easily counter punch you back. You just need to catch them off guard.
But Remember those big guys i spared with had zero knowledge in grappling and wrestling it was just a stand up fight. Brock Lesnar who is NCAA wrestling champion at 280 pounds, once he takes you down its over for you buddy there is absolutely no way to escape im telling ya.
Back to stand up fighting , I remember one day i was sparring with my partner who is at 6'2 and 230 pounds , i hit him many times and he felt nothing and once he landed a clean punch to my face i couldnt feel my teeth and i almost had my neck broken since he used his body weight for his punch.
My plan for guys who are much bigger than me is just to round around and make them tire once i realize they are out of breath i jump in and kick and punch but still its challenging.
Yes it is possible to beat them but its not going to be easy no matter how much a better fighter you are than them, they still have the edge more power, stronger and bigger buddy, and longer reach .

I am just 5'9 1/4 and weight only 143 pounds so it means im a small guy. In my gym where train they are guys at 6'2 6'3 and over 230Ibs that i spar with. Can you imagine almost double of my size. Not to sound cocky but my kickboxing skills is much much higher than them and during sparring i have been able to hit them and giving them hard times . But due to their longer arms and better reach i took whole alot more punches and kicks and it is very very risky and difficult to reach their face because they are much taller and their long arms can easily counter punch you back. You just need to catch them off guard.
But Remember those big guys i spared with had zero knowledge in grappling and wrestling it was just a stand up fight. Brock Lesnar who is NCAA wrestling champion at 280 pounds, once he takes you down its over for you buddy there is absolutely no way to escape im telling ya.

Rob, Brock might have been a "6'2.5" 189cm when he debuted in mid 2002. I think that bike crash and aging caused him to very well lose a few inches. In 2012, he looked "6'0.75" with a 6'1" Triple H.

Editor Rob I think although guys like Brock in late 30's might not seem candidates for shrinkage, they've been in wrestling for a decade...not impossible some of the guys in late 30's have lost something, even a small fraction...but a big inch? I'm doubtful brock has lost that.

Rampage, there muscle can make them appear shorter. If they were skinny there height might strike you more.

@James: I think 6ft-6ft4 is the average range in wrestling. Guys like Ultimate Warrior HHH, Cena, Lesnar, Goldberg and Batista are man mountains but not as tall as people expect them to be. I've seen some of those guys in the flesh at house shows. My first thought "I'm taller than them..."

In my opinion when you start getting near to 6'5 (in wwe world) your height will begin to be just as much of an eye catcher as your build. Someone like billy gunn who was a legit 6'4 back in 2000, at times his height could draw your attention just as his muscle mass but then at other times his stature did not look that remarkable. Back in 99-00 he actually reminded me a bit of a 1980s hulk hogan in terms of build and colouring.

I've been watching more videos on the WWE Network lately. I've tried to pay attention to the heights closely. Honestly, Brock could actually be 6'2''. I wouldn't be surprised. Maybe he is one of those weak 6'2'' guys though. He looks like he could be anything from 186cm to 188cm.
