I always thought Charlotte was 5'9 flat.

She sometimes gives the impression of looking taller due to footwear and posture, but when measured to other people, she doesn't look the full 5'10.

I think Charlotte is a weak 5'9 . Andrade is a very special case , he always looks taller than her , even when she wears some heels. My theory is that he downgraded himself a little because almost all latino guys are 5'9 or shorter, so he could fit in better. He must be 5'9.75.

Here's one that will make you laugh. I watched something on the WWE Network and one of the bits of footage was Charlotte back in her early NXT days. The commentator described her as 6ft tall!

I'm guessing even WWE decided that was ludicrous and dialled it down a bit to a listing of 5ft 10.

Volleyball overlists some players by 2 inches as well, not just basketball. Just because she's listed 5'10" it doesn't mean she can't be under 5'9". I had classmates in my university who were volleyball players and some of them were listed 2 inches higher as well.

Charlotte was listed at 5-10 when she played volleyball at Appalachian State, so I wouldn't think she'd be much under 5-9 if at all. She's at least a couple inches taller than Paige and clearly taller than Maryse, so a flat 5-8 would be too low.
