Id say he’s a full 6 foot. Looks clear 4 inches or more above Oscar in the office. Specifically in the scene where Michael makes that inappropriate joke about Phyllis getting flashed and they show the office’s reactions.

Watching season 6 episode 1 of The Office right now and at the timestamp 14:13, Jim and Andy (Ed Helms) are standing next to each other talking and it's a good shot at guessing their height difference. I think Ed is 100% no less than 5'11.5" if John Krasinski is 6'2.5" to 6'2.75". He actually looks like a flat 6'0" there imo. I don't get those guesses of anything lower than 5'11.5".

Like other's have mentioned on here, maybe Cooper's the one wearing the lifts? There were some pictures I noticed that showed Cooper's waist to be disproportionate when standing next to Helms. The height inconsistencies in some of the scenes and pictures says it all. That's one of the clues even Rob mentions that could possibly indicate someone as a lift wearer. 😉😄✌️

I've only seen him in the Hangover movies, which actually kind of triggered my curiosity to check this page... because I noticed the shoes, camera angles etc. I think he's TALLER than Bradley Cooper if anything (not by much, but still). There are so many scenes where the camera is angled or tilted in Cooper's favour, plus stuff like Helms in Converse and Cooper in clearly bigger running sneakers (possibly lifts) of some sort etc. It looked PRECISELY like it was purposefully shot in a way that would make you think Cooper is the tallest guy there but he isn't.

Not that it really means much, but for what it's worth, my mother met him at an event. Literally the first thing she mentioned to me was how small he was in person. I did not meet him myself so I have no idea how tall he is, but a 6 foot man would not stand out as small.

Personally I think Helms is a 182 cm guy, strong 5'11 (5'11.5 or 5'11.75) rather than 6' flat, he just seems a little bit under that in movies like Cedar Rapids for example, next to John C. Reilly and Kurtwood Smith (there was a barefoot scene with Kurwood and Ed in that movie).
Cooper is maybe, just maybe 1 cm taller than Helms. He (Cooper) generally wears the bigger footwear when the two of them are together. If you want to compare them then watch the scene in Hangover 3 when they are all barefoot in the monastery.

@Dmeyer: You have to see their footwear. Whenever Helms is in flat shoes, which is almost in all pics you can find of him, Cooper is in boots, and still he only looks about an inch or so taller. They can be the same height, full 6'ers, or brushing 6'.

They are almost identical in heigt when barefoot, just watch the scene from the monastery in Hangover 2, Helms might even look a hair taller. There's also a 5'6/7 guy (Zach Galifinakis) next to them, check it out.
