I'm actually not a fan, although I've come to love Julia, and think she's a fantastic actress. Eric, was just on a documentary I saw about the making of "Star 80" in which he played Dorothy Stratten's husband, Paul Snider (sp?), and during the interview he came across as a bit of a jerk. Maybe I'm wrong, and I apologise to his fans.

Prior to Rob meeting him, I think I thought he was closer to 5'9.5" peak as well since he could look at least 5'10" at times, but that was a case of build and footwear. Look at the size of the Cubans he wore back in The Specialist: Click Here Easily 2" of actual height from those boot. Never mind the other height-increasing tricks he's fond of.

He looked in good health and was moving much better than when he was featured Celebrity island with Bear Grylls.

He was fine with people and seemed talkative from those who got his auto. Sometimes there are actors who barely say a word...
I know it can be tough sitting for hours, but when you think about it - you are getting paid, how you treat fans, interact with them can actually help. They may go on and talk about how friendly/funny you are with friends or mention this on forums etc, may buy more of your tv shows, merchandise, movies etc...
Even guys who are generally cool and fun to talk with can have moments in which they are remembered more as a 'huh'...for instance with Jensen Ackles I got my auto, had a few words...then he began talking to another actor beside him and continuing to talk while signing Jenny's photo and basically not even looking at her. It's like getting served in a shop while the cashier is having a conversation with another work colleague...

Editor Rob well I'm going to agree with Mr R! I spent time with Eric and he is interesting! But he is now a bit arthritic, and I think he has shed half inch mid 50's.
And he wanted to do that 'friendly' pose R mentioned, and go on tip toes...he did it a lot in photos, a trick that he probably got from Stallone or G!
