Hayden is clearly taller in the other picture below. Someone has a footwear advantage in one of those pictures. I think its Eva probably.

Eva Longoria has a 2 inch plat in front of her shoes,w hich means the heels are pb 6-6 1/2 inches high. For Hayden's heels, there is no plat, which means the highest possible is 4-4 1/2 inches (since she's so short, not even 5 inches as most heels for taller women). I should know. I don't agree. In most of the pictures, Hayden looks taller... Even look at thier arm length and face structure. Hayden P is not only bigger boned but taller. Look at all the pictures before speculating and the heels are definitely more vertical for Eva.

If I was 6'10 I'd just feel freaky tall everywhere I went and would feel too unordinary like everyone would be looking at me. I think when you get to 6'8 plus its really when you start getting a lot of people staring at you.

ye height is no big deal. its shallow to think added height makes anyone look better than someone smaller. just certain people's egos being elevated more than anything else when it comes to a desire to be tall or comparing your height to another smaller person. how shallow!!! and i agree with teresa... why do short people make snide comments about other short people too. ridiculous!!! eva must be insecure and vain to go round claiming she's taller than she realy is. if anything she should be proud she's got to her status, given her small height and that should be enough to make any woman feel elevated and feminine.

As for makeup, I do see plenty of attractive people with little to no makeup quite often (who needs tons of makeup if you're already good-looking?). Some celebs look fine without it too, but granted that so many opt for cosmetic surgery and whatnot, not to mention excessive makeup use which can break out/ruin one's skin, it's obvious what they'll look like without it. Especially when they age. Eva Longoria simply isn't one of those celebs that looks great without the makeup, airbrushing, and whatnot. But personally, Alba still looks better (much better) than Eva without makeup. And I'm not even a fan.

Actually, Megan D, being wide usually causes a person to look shorter. I think the model Twiggy was able to get away with her height so well because she was very slim (in 1966 she was listed at 5'4" and 90lbs...seems like it she was short by model standards even back then).

i'm short n finally don't have short issues. having said that, i usually end up dating taller guys more...for the sake of my pride.
if i date a short guy, ppl think thats the way its meant to be for short ppl and that i, 4'11'', have only short guys to select from. when i date a tall guy, crash, stereotypes die off.

So do photoshopped pictures. Basically stars are made impossibly beautiful...it is good to see how inperfect stars are in person and without the protective and "illusionist" twist of the camera.
When people feel the pressure to be perfect because these tars all seem to be, it feels okay to be okay. Just that.

What astonished me more than that, however, because i knew she'd be short and too skinny, is how flat chested she was. In pictures, she isn't huge, but she is always portrayed with a good size for her body. She was so flat. I guess the camera and photo shop takes care of even that! She's pretty though.

There are estimates of her height anywhere from 4'11-5'2 here but really only TV even from 4'11-5'2 isn't easy to tell the difference. She's pretty short yes but under 5'0 seems a bit too short if you ask me. 5'0 is very possible though.

If she has stated 5'2 I doubt she'd be under 5'0 and at her height she isn't getting away with boosting her height up over 2 inches. I think the 5'2 was maybe the out of bed height or more likely her in shoe height which would make her really 5'0.5-5'1 barefoot.

In the picture it looks like jessica is a good 3 inches taller and carmen is 3 inches taller than jessica. Maybe Eva is 5'0, Jessica is 5'3 and Carmen is 5'6

The heel height is measured usually from the ground to the heel of the shoe so a 4" heel usually only gives 2.5" to 3" height. Actually I think thinness can give the illusion of being taller, not shorter. Example; look how much taller Nicole Richie looks after she lost all that weight. Slender legs just seem longer. I wouldn't be surprised if Eva is as short as 4'11... but I don't think she's as tall as 5'2.
