In that picture with Gwendoline Christie the height difference appears to be around 7 inches, very similar difference from that of GC with Rob. So I'm gonna guess 5'8.5".

Editor Rob yeah, some people do poses, so the height is taken in the pose a bit like the Mesut ozil pose - he's only 173cm with the pose he did, but a few cm's taller if properly measured.

Rob, I finally got to see the movie. I will admit, I do love it very much! (though I still like Man of Steel slightly better only because the villian felt more powerful and dangerous.)
I can say that she close to perfect comic accurate to Wonder Woman. With that being said Rob, I posed with a Wonder Woman wax figure (It was Gal in her wonder suit wax figure). I seemed a bit taller than the wax figure in person though the picture is in the wax figure's favor.

But, I believe they are measured In this manner and it is sometimes a specific pose, which may not be the full height of the actor.

The gal is certainly a tall lady at 5 ft 9.25 (176cm)...when I found that they had given her the role of Wonder Woman over Olga Kurylenko I wasn't too happy. In fact, at first I wanted them to give the role to dark & sultry Mary Elizabeth Winstead. Gadot in high heels is only slightly taller than Lynda Carter in flats. If Lynda is around 5ft8-5ft9 now, then Gal is way below that height when barefoot.

The Muller-Lyer illusion is interesting. A lot of tall, skinny girls look a lot taller than guys their height unless you see them standing next to each other. My ex-gf is just under 5'10 and my brother is 5'10.5. I used to be sure my ex was taller than my brother, but when they stood back to back sure enough he was taller. That was largely because my brother's much broader than my ex and his body proportions are different.

Editor Rob she might edge you out...also from general observations about height over the years, I believe the Mí¼ller-Lyer illusion in terms of proportions and visual clues plays a role in how tall people guess others.

All of her potential breakthrough roles imo. Could you add that please Rob? Also, how much do you think she weighs? I don't think more than 125 lbs and whose the tallest actress to ever portray Wonder Woman either on movies or television? She's suppose to be now 6ft since the late 1990s, early 2000s! And I believe only Adrianne Palicki and Megan Gale who was suppose to portray her in an abandoned were the tallest at 5'11, although Megan tries to say 6 ft..

Gal Gadot was at 177cm (this was late in the day), so a good 5'10"

Editor Rob I can enjoy a whole variety of movies, sometimes I just switch my brain off a bit, Fast 5 I thought was good popcorn fun.
That's the thing with movies, I actually try to let them happen and don't sit there trying to figure out anything...I enjoy them more by being more surprised than if I sat there as some do trying to figure out things. I enjoy even a lot more of them that way.

I think Jared is almost closer to 6-11 because he looks taller compared to Eddy Curry, who was measured at 6-10.5 in the 2001 NBA Pre Draft Camp. I did not have a better angle of the picture but when i watch some Knicks game Jeffres is taller than Curry and barely shorter than Jerome James.

Danimal, you're like me as I think most NBA players are too underweight. 6'10 220lbs is way too skinny. At 6'10 minimum 250-260lbs just to be mediumish. Shaq is on of the not many that are built big. But in basketball you don't gotta be all big, bulky, muscular like in NFL or wrestling.

im not sure if this was printed this bad or i scanned it this way.im gonna redo this pic since its popular enough.give me a few days to a week.it originally cuts off, exactly off the top if his hair.almost perfect.perfect in a sense.more room wouldve been better,but look at who we are looking up at.i thought he was 6-8ish.had no clue.maybe he straightened out for the pic.

The fact that he was measured at 6'10, makes the debate as to whether he is even slightly taller than this void. Also, if you look at this picture in comparison to Kareem's one, its really not that surprising that he can't be over 6'10.
