I just saw photo of Hamm standing next to Obama, Obama looked taller, so Hamm is probably 6 feet even, not a bad height. He probably wears lifts to make him appear larger.

Tim Tebow is down here at 6ft2¼. Rob even mentioned the 6ft2¾ being an early morning height. Hamm is standing at his tallest and has a shoe advantage while Tim is easily dropping a bit of height yet still looks a bit taller.

I've tried to add Suraj Sharma before since he has a listed height in the making of Life of Pi book of 5'9.5". Yeah, Suraj is closer to the camera so looks relatively taller, in some shots, Hamm can seem 3 to a weak 4 inches taller.

A guy who is 6'2 with probably claim 6'3 or even 6'4 as for Jon Hamm he does have great posture and he is presented as one of the tallest on Mad men...in my opinion he is no taller than 6'1 with shoes on making him actually 6' tall.

I think Rob is right. Someone I know went to sirius xm event where he posed , this person is 6'2.5- weak 6'3 and had about 2 inches on Hamm. Hamm can't be more than a weak 6'1 6'0.5 area is possible .

Actually, 187cm is like 6ft1.5-1.75. If he reaches that in the morning he's easily a solid 6ft1 throughout the day. I think he probably claimed his height in shoes.

Thank you Rob, I knew you'd eventually give him another quarter inch. Honestly he can look a big 6'1 guy, but he has perfect posture, and seems to wear dress shoes that give a full inch( as opposed to the kind that give 0.8) so this is fair. Awesome site!(Great Job!)

I don't know about 185 cm for Hamm. I would have thought 183-184 cm was his real range. Aaron Staton (the man in front of him in this picture) is listed 6'1. But hypothetically, if Hamm is a legit 185 cm man, what would that make Staton?

Sorry, coupdn't finish my post. Rob, I agree with well over 95% of your listings within a quarter inch, and most are spot on(IMHO) but he deserves an upgrade. Their is nothing to indicate he's less than 185cm, and to me looks a full 6ft1(185.5cm). I cannot post pictures, but here are some clear cut examples, which you can verify yourself: A: he looks close to 4 inches taller than Rebecca Hall, no less than 3 inches. If she is really 5'10, he can't be under 6'1. B. speaking of the Town, no way he's 2 inches shorter. Based on pics and how they look with Rebecca Hall, there looks no more, NO MORE tha 4cm between them, so even if Affleck is 6ft2.25, Hamm is 185cm. C. They're are plenty of scenes with him and his wife, Jessica Pare(his wife on the show) and specifically, scenes where one or both barefoot. Pare looks at least 172cm, she is taller than Christina Hendricks, whom you've met. And let me say, he freakin towers her!Seriously, with his posture, he makes her look average, and barefoot, the top of her head is around her lips. There's a barefoot scene in season 1 of Mad Men, with him and John Slattery, who is a weak 5'10. They look close when in shoes, but when they take their shoes off, Slattery looks a good 5 cm shorter, not 6 or 7. 177 cm for Slattery and 182 cm for Hamm imo.

So, maybe subtract 4 inches for Ms. Jones tip toes and that gives them a 6 inch difference. If Ms. Jones is 5'6, then Hamm is 6'0.

I'm always perplexed how most actors add roughly 2-3 inches on their actual height. You don't have to be tall in Hollywood. This is imo a mild form of self-denial.

I doubt he is ever over 182 cm, and even that is a strech in my opinion. 180 cm is his listing at fanpix.net, not that that is the truth by any means, but I have seen him listed at that height at other sites as well. Looks like he´s wearing lifts on many occations, also he looked it with Michael Buble and other 5´9"ish people.

he does look like a legit 6'1. there are some pics where he gives the illusion of being very close to affleck, less than an inch. even some where he looks taller. I'm perplexed.

He is a big lift-wearer, but he is not shorter than 180 cm, that is obvious, deffo looks around 185 cm with Ben Affleck, but footwear is a big factor.

Jon Hamm is probably between 178 and 180 cm tall. A while ago I saw a photo of me with him on my computer, from when i met him back in january, but i cant find it now. Anyhow - I am 184 cm tall, and on the picture i had to arch my back and bend my neck down quite a bit for me to be his height, and he stood straight as an arrow, wearing nike trackshoes, which probably adds a good 1.75".
Sorry i dont have the hard evidence, but he needs at least an inch downgrade... I would say that, whitout shoes, Jon Hamm is 5 foot 10.5 in - 179 cm.

I have a 6`1 friend who just met him and claimed he is taller than he, and around 6`2. While i doubt he is 6`2, it does make me think that he may be 6`1. In the town he certainly looks in that range

I think Hamm is one of those rare guys who is between 5'11'' and 6'0'' but lists himself as 5'11''. 5'11.5'' is his height in my opinion. There are just way too many listings of 5'11'' all over the place to ignore, and he looks that way in certain photos.
