becks is 1.80 cm- 5-11. Met him so many times and he was wearing SANDALS. im 182-183 and he was shorter. talked to him eye to eye. Hes very skinny and has lots of wrinkles. very nice person and humble handsome guy.Also met Ronaldo (not cristiano) and was same height as me. In beckhams bio he stated he was 5-11 and so were his stats as a soccer player.Beckham now in the US wears lifts on special events but go meet him at a gym or at the beach...no lifts or thick sole shoes!

Scott, why not claim 6'1"? This isn't unusual. The founding principle concerning given height is that you expect a man to purposefully overestimate by 2 inches.

Do you honestly believe that bad posture robs someone of 2" or more? I contend it's not possible without looking absolutely ridiculous so long as the legs are not bent or fairly far apart.

Based on pictures I've seen of Justin, his height compared to others looks alot like mine when I see pictures of me and others. I would bet the house that if I met this guy we would be the exact same height. He is NOT over 6ft.

Given that Glenn is 5'8", there's no possible way Justin could be 5'8" or 5'9" (since Aimee claims he's 4-5" taller than her which really is baffling)-- he would have to be 5'4" himself which is just downright laughable, given that Justin has inches on him in the photo. Perhaps you weren't seeing clearly or something because that is way too low. Even 5'10" (which would mean 6' inches, not 4'5 or 5') which is clearly not the case.

I met Justin about a year ago. He was standing less than a foot from me. NO WAY is he 6'1"! I'm 5'4" and he was AT MOST 4-5 inches taller than me. I would say 5'10" TOPS. I like him, but he's just not that tall :)

posture doesnt make you look 5'11. it just makes your neck bend downwards. your not really shorter since your shoulders are still high. let him raise his head then he will still be the same height, just his eyes will be higher.

What you say about him being a different person I can understand, as once in an interview I read, the journalist said he was quite frosty when before the interview his PR were saying how sweet and everything he was. Also, I have a friend who met N*SYNC and said they were all cool except for JT who kinda kept his distance and didn't get involved...and this was a meeting-the-fans occasion. However, even though I can understand it from both the perspectives of fan and celeb, it must be friggin hard to be Golden Boy/America's sweetheart ALL the time...even if you are polite most of the time. Can you imagine not only having everyone run upto you and be expecting somethin all the time, but also having to be cocialbe while smiling and tring to be good-natured every single minute? It's not human. I mean you might be great 99% of the time, but one bad experience for someone upsets the apple cart. Tough

Think of yourself in photos, how EASY it is for you to not even recognise yourself immediately sometimes or appear all different depending on lighting, location, people you're with, clothing, angle, body position etc.

yeah I have to agree with james here, my friend is a smidge over 6 feet and he says hes 6ft2 even though I definitely know he is not that height. I am around 5 10.5 to 5 11 and I usually claim 6ft05 (cause for awhile I really thought I was that height), and no one has said I look shorter than my claim.

Those shoes he has on are pretty common and trust me, the soles are not thin - it defeats the purpose of having bulky shoes (which is the fashion these days apparently). They're kind of hybrid basketball/cross-trainer types which do have relatively thick soles.

I usually wear sneakers and he wears masseuer sandals so I gain a few inches on him but not a huge amount. Timberlake wears pretty thick sneakers most of the time and that photo with Biel shoes her in flat shoes and him in massive rapper-style sneakers. If we want to be pedantic, why don't we split the middle and call him 5'11.5 or 6'?

Jessica Biel isn't 5'8". Here's she's listed as 5'7". But he does look like he's over 5'11" in that pic. However, a 5'7" girl wouldn't be that dwarfed next to a 5'11 1/2" guy though.

I don't know any Samoans who are 6'5"-6'8". Polynesians are heavy but only slightly taller than the Pakeha average. Most common build for a Polynesian is around 6 foot but 100kg+ imo

When I met JT, I towered the guy and I am a legit 6'2. So the video with 50 is hard to believe, 50 is either not 6 or the camera angels or lifts play a part.

A few years ago when he was just starting to get really popular my initial impression was that he was 5’9”-5’10”, therefore I fully understand that people think he is shorter. I realise that he is taller after I saw him in movies, tv, photos, etc. To me he looks 6’, maybe he isn’t a rock solid 6’ but still 6’
