I'm vaguely familiar with this gorgeous actress! Lovely height, positively tall for her era and not bad even for today!
What the blazes are they saying about Mitzi 'allowing' herself to 'balloon' to 148lbs or 10st10 in quieter times of her career? So what! It isn't even huge for someone of her height, though doubtless she will have felt thoroughly miserable! If that's the worst thing she's done in her life...

Editor Rob her claim seems to be a kind of 5ft 6.5, but I don't think she ever looked that tall.
