The most difficult thing for me as an actress is overcoming my feeling of being too big - and that odd angular face that I have.

Rob, could Marchand please get 5’9.5”?

By the time of her appearance in The Naked Gun movie, she looked more 5’9” than 5’10”. Then in The Sopranos, she was barely clearing 5’8”. Yes slouched posture had a part to play but then again Marchand was still only seventy at that time.

It's a fair figure from the 70's

Rob, was Marchand really my height at some point (full 5’10”)?

Indeed, barely 5’8” by the Sopranos, when she was only about seventy. She also wore high heels on Lou Grant.

Not seen much of her for a while, but like everybody, if I'm looking at older films I'm always keeping an eye on how people look against each other!

Thanks Rob! She looked around this in Lou Grant
