She looked tallish besides Hugh Jackman but she probably had some heals in the wolverine movie, she is still on the tallish side for a Japanese woman though.

5'5" is a bit too high.
If you look at your Denis Lawson listing, you've given him 5'6.5".
Her eyes are near the bottom of your nose, similar case with Denis Lawson, which would indicate 5'6.5" (or 5'6.75" as an overestimate).
If you take the difference between the lower estimate of her heels (1.8) and the upper estimate of her height with heels (66.75), she would still be below 5'5".
5'4" and 2/3s from me, but will go with 3/4.
Sorry Rila, you edge out a 5'8" man with your trickery, but you are sub 5'5" barefoot guaranteed.

Actually, she doesn't look less than 5'4.75, all things considered, especially after what Rob said. I guess this is a classic example of how certain hairstyles can fool people into thinking they add more than they actually do...

Editor RobI did think from her hairline to top of her head might be 3cm, but in a photo detail is lost. In person it is easier to see how thick somebody's hair looks when you are a foot in front of them.

Editor Rob I updated my heel height page Here to show different types and what they give a size 5-6UK. Rila's boots Brightened from another pic are close to the red boot heel on that page, so roughly 2.5-2.6 range is very likely.
