You also have to consider though, that the modeling industry capitalizes on beauty and attractiveness, and society is conditioned that tallness and slimness is more beautiful and attractive. So that's why most models are tall and slim. If the average model was 5 feet tall and 200 pounds, most people would be turned away by it, so the modeling industry wouldn't be able to make enough money and would fail. I get where you're coming from, and I agree that beauty comes in all shapes and sizes, but there's a reason for everything.

Editor RobI'm sure they make a little exception, 5ft 8 is a requirement but if you were close enough they might be ok with it...2.5-3 inches shorter and maybe they would say no.
I do understand companies having some height requirements for certain jobs though, because if they can't reach objects (and to do so would be impractical and impact safety) then a minimum height seems logical in a few circumstances.
But not in a modelling scenario surely...the fact there was a height requirement in the first place is strange - women can be beautiful in all shapes and sizes...

I think that 5foot5 is correct . In TV episodes " L.A. Dragnet " you see her lots of times next to Eva Longoria ( both with the same shoes ) who is about 5foot0.5 / 5foot1 .

When I firsat saw The Game Plan I thought she was Nicole Scherzinger because they are both the same height and look really similar. Anyway, 5'5 is about right, and I dont see why anyone would want to be any taller cos she looks amazing.

Roselyn is very thin, so it makes her look tall, but I'd say 5'5" is just about right, remember you can't enter Miss Puerto Rico Petite if you're under 5'5"
