He looked fairly tall on Oz. This seems about right.

Dean could still be solid 6ft range, possibly 6ft0⅛ to 6ft0¼ range whereas I think Scott you could at times argue is more like 6ft0⅝ to 6ft0¾.
Scott looks every inch of 6ft1 beside Robert Patrick

I could've sworn Dean was a little taller between these similar height brothers back in Oz but I guess Scott can look to have a mild edge in stills.

Rob, what headsize is likely for Winters?
seems pretty average for 6ft range guy

Nice one Rob!
Anywhere between 6ft and 6ft1. This guy is so underrated. He pops up in things fleetingly but you can't ignore him...He stole the show in Good Will Hunting as the condescending Harvard grad, killed it as the brain-damaged enforcer in Oz....haven't seen Borgia but have heard great things...his smooth husky drawl and German-Irish good looks...He's like a hybrid of Stephen Boyd and Paul Newman...should be a bigger name. While Dean is a more brooding character actor, Scott has more of a leading man vibe about him that's untapped...If they ever make True Detective Season 4, look no further than this guy...has it all

I vaguely remember him from Oz. A bit taller than his brother Dean?
I would give scott an edge over dean
