good video, however if you look at 4:22 if you didnt look at the whole video you would think that sid would be around an inch less in height, i think it has somthing to do with nathen being on the left side, possibly the level of ground may be higher because sid look a lot taller on the left side then right. I believe sid being 6'7 today and 6'7.5 in his prime

I agree with 3". The footwear is probably real close too cuz Sid was probably in a dress shoe while Jones obviously in a wrestling boot.
So it depends on how tall you think Jones is, I always gave him 6'10".

I remeber seeing a couple of matches back in the 90's, and both times the announcer kept refering to Sid as 6'7 307. So I don't think he was any more than that because nobody ever gets under listed. The 6'7 was probably a round up from the 6'6.5 he is listed here at best. Sid was was freakin hudge, but I just think that all those guys were put at way bigger than they actually were. Look at Studd, he was put at 6'10 & 6'11 360-385 and he was just about the the same amount bigger than hogan as sid was and we know now that Studd was only about 6'6 and 320 or so.

WWE did a show here in portugal this week. This hardy sold any tickets. They charged from 25 to 85 euro. I guess they forgot people just wanted to watch the matches... not buy the company. LOL

I'm from the UK, and went to see WWE live a couple years back in Manchester. In the Brochure of the event, it stated Randy Orton was 6.5". So that was wrongly billed.

I do think that Sid Eudy was legitimatly 6"7 tall. He may be a fraction shorter today as he approaches 50 but he is still a strong 6"6.

What I see Rob with the line you drew is 2 inches below Sid's chin plus his head which is at least 10 inches. That put's Sid at 6'8". My head is 9" and I am only 6'0 tall. I definitely see a 10 inch head for Sid. I really think you should reconsider his height IMO.

Wow, Red you really do not know how to look at photographs.
The "3 inches of hair" you see is mainly the top of his head as the camera is looking downwards at him.
If you actually have any hair left after you read these posts from being a intense keyboard warrior you could take a photo of your face at eye level, you will see around 1-2.5 inches of hair. Take a photo 2 inches above eye level and you will see more hair because the camera gets more view of the top of your head.
That pic under my "****ting comment" also shows that Warrior has a slightly slouched posture, where as Hogan is fully upright. So dont ****ting swear at me without getting your facts straight as Hogan's posture.

in UK , I still think if you are related to a teenager some how , and asking
him to collect signatures if though his buddies may not be a wrestling fan,
I think we may have something . It doesn't have to be over hundred signs,
just signatures from totally different locations around the world . That's
surely will have some effect on the WWE officials !What do you think ?

If one beleives that Hogan was even 6'5 in his prime, then Sid must be 6'7 in his prime. He was simply a taller man than Hogan.

You can't judge the top of their heads on a 2 dimensional flat perspective because the picture was certainly taken from a certain angle wich we can't know for sure.. Even the ropes on some pics seem to favour taker. The figures of these men next to each other actually give the idea of a taller Sid. But they are probably equal.

not really, when i started watching back in 98' (good times :) )i was but a youngan in his late teens..really at that time, there was no real reason to question and of course no real articulation of height for me..at that stage i thought 204cm was the beginnings of six foot seven. and anyone that i had to look up to was darned tall in my eyes..Actually i believed all billed heights till i came across this site..
as for pappa shango, well i rememebr the godfather being billed at 6ft8 back in the late nineties.

I'm going for more like 6' 7.5" with Eudy. In his match vs The Undertaker at WM13, he seemed about half an inch, maybe an inch taller than The Undertaker. Kane has always seemed half an inch taller than the Undertaker too.

Having one of my friend who is 6'4"1/2 377lbs France shot put champ , I can tell you that there was no way Charles Wright is under 6'4 and that he was weighing well over 300 when I met him . Just my opinion.

(Who I would guess to be at least 175,he's got some meat on his bones) I actually think that Sid's listing is not all that far off, I'd say 6'7.75. But if big show gets 7'0 than Sid should get 6'9, and if Sid is 6'6.5 than big show should get only about 6'9+

Just looking at that picture with more attention you can see he's slightly leaning to the left, it's almost unnoticeable but he may lose a quarter or half an inch. I think all of the guys replying here are right Rob, you should give this guy at least a quarter more of height.

Rob, we've been posting tons and tons of pics here plus I see about 11" - 12" on Mamum there. Again, I love this site, not trying to overthrow it :>) just stating some facts here and the facts are the majority of people on this board believe Sid should be upgrade that has to say something, just like the Kane page.

Saw him on the footy show once and was atleast 6 inches taller than Sam Newman who is 6'3, i reckon even closer to 6'9 for Sid

No my friends these good people in the second picture are not related to me .
The girl in the front was a News Paper reporter for the Dubai gulf News,and
the taller guy beside was one of the Holiday INN Crown Plaza's management
team . But the other tall guy standing behind Sid was a very good friend of
name whos name is uncle Bashir . He stands 6'2" barefeet and I also have
a picture of him and Bruce Wiles and Cindy Crawfard and Amithab Bachan . He
towers over both Bruce and Cindy , but is a little taller than Amithab . It
will take some time for me to dig these pictures out of my thousands of
pictures that I already have in a storage in California , USA.

This guy is legitimately huge. I still say 6'7" is closer to his actual height. In the second photo, Sid isn't even standing up straight and he still dwarfs everybody.

I'm not that sure that the Undertaker is taller than Sid. Sid's eyes and mouth are higher than Undertaker's. They are very close to each other though.
