5ft 6.5in (168.9 cm)
English journalist and TV presenter, who has presented for the BBC.
In the Express newspaper she said "[The one thing I’d change about myself is]...I would like to be taller. I’m 5ft 6½in, which I know is quite tall, but I’d love more height. My mum was very small. I grew up listening to her wishing she were taller"

@ Nik - Hi! You'd never guess how many cats are on my bed? Well, five, although I did think there were six! Cordercelia has got up and gone rambling!
Yes, a funny thing about dogs is that they do have a tendancy to follow you about! Cats don't do this quite so much, but they do still do it! It's very much down to the individual as with human beings and any animal!
Kittens are followers, just like dogs! You have to be really careful because they are so tiny! When I raise kittens, which I don't half miss, I keep them in one self-contained kitten room. There they have bedding, a toilet, toys of course, and a TV and bed for me! That is because I live with them all the time, so that they can get as much human interaction as possible. They have supervised 'trips' to other parts of the house and garden every day! I can't see myself getting any more because firstly, I have enough and secondly, the neighbour immediately next door to me is a real stinker about them!
I bet Jasmin goes nuts when the whole place smells of casserole! We get that sort of response when we cook chicken or fish for them - or ourselves! Yes, tomorrow when she smells the casserole cooking away, you won't get a moment's peace!
I bet you find it all very entertaining! We do, when the house is full of miaowing cats!
Cheers! 🙌 😸 🐩
🐈🐈🐈🐈🐈 - all on my bed!

@Peter175 - Well, you're quite a sensible dude and I'm not going to argue with you - you're bigger than me! 😉

5'6.5 quite tall?? My cousin is about that height and I don't really consider her tall shes just above average. 5'3-5'8 is normal height for women imo and 5'7-6ft for males

I am really sorry to hear that your pain is so bad Sandy, what is it like when you have taken the tablets? I hope everything gets resolved as soon as possible so that you are better again. You have just got to manage your life the best that you can in terms of minimising the pain until you can have the operation, and I know you will do this.
It is ridiculous for Victoria to want to be taller when she is already quite tall, each to their own I know, some women want to be tall whillst others want to be small but Victoria IS pretty tall, and she isn't happy!
This morning I sent my first comment at about 9:00 am and then I went upstairs (yes upstairs!), had my breakfast, and at about 9:40 am that comment was already on the Internet! The one I sent at the same time on Caitriona Balfe's page had also made it! Guess what was on the TV at that time, nothing other than Victoria Derbyshire's TV programme! The "Jeremy Kyle" show was also on too at around that time!
We will make sure that we continue to have a good time, thank you. Thank goodness your autocorrect doesn't change Whitby to something else!
Victoria has more of a 5'6" look than a 5'7" look to me, I went for 5'6.25"!

@ Nik - Ha ha! You replied! Isn't it ridiculous wanting more than an already fantastic 5ft6.5? Grrr! She's even more than 5 and a half feet tall, and isn't satisfied! Well, I am glad you said that there is no perfect height because it's so true! My pain today is bad and right now I would give a couple more inches just to be out of it! Roll on the operation! I didn't think I would be saying that so soon!
Have a great time in Whitby! My phone knows how to spell it now! Would you believe it?

I couldn't believe it when I came onto this page and found out that Victoria would like to be taller than 5'6,5", some would say that is the perfect height for a woman although in my opinion there is no perfect height! Well there are 3 voters, probably you, Rob, and me then, I voted last night!
A healthy body is all that matters Sandy, 👍 to you for saying so!
I think Victoria is over the 5'6" mark but I am not sure about 5'6.5"!
Cheers from Whitby!

If, at 5ft6.5, Victoria would like to be taller, where does that leave people like me?
That's a fine height for a woman and she should be darn grateful for what she's got! I'm sure her (very small!) Mother, who moaned that she herself was too small and probably was, would agree! Yes, 5ft6.5 is a height to be proud of!
Oh dear! What qualifies as 'too small'? One should be perfectly happy and thankful for a HEALTHY body, be it 4ft10 or 6ft8! So there! 😉 👌 💖
