Adina plays an excellent Lee Harris in Roanoke and, as with Kathy Bates’s character, the part goes to her head, and she turns into a psycho killer.

It has a very sad ending, with Lee making the ultimate sacrifice for her daughter’s sake - that of becoming a mother/carer to the child’s ghost friend, and dying in the process. 😞

5ft6. In this drama within a drama, Lee is played by Angela Bassett, who is two and a half inches shorter than Adina.

I suspected there was something sinister about Adina’s news reporter character in AHS ‘Cult’ when I saw the way she smiled broadly when breaking the most ghastly news!

I'm delighted to say that I'm watching Adina in an episode of 'House'. She is playing the mother of a sick little boy and her husband makes her look tiny in this. He must be at least 6ft4 - whoever he is!

Adina is playing a completely different part in 'Cult', which is AHS Season Seven. She has been corrupted by Evan Peters' blue-haired cult leader, and she has actually got the young tearaway to pour his heart out at the end of the last episode I just finished. She finds out how his formerly respectable father turned into a wheelchair bound tyrant, smashing things up and being verbally abusive to his wife, all in front of their young son. Peters' next port of call, after his Mum kills his father and then herself is to seek the help of his doctor older brother, and the advice he's given makes you feel sorry for him.

I don't know how Adina's TV reporter character will respond yet. She is the strongest member of the cult, but not without sympathy.

Adina is playing a large part in Season Six of AHS, called 'Roanoke'. It is a documentary-style drama and Adina plays the sister of the main male character. She sits down as she is relating what happened to her, which is just as well. Her ordeal is being dramatised by a woman two-and-half inches shorter than her - Angela Bassett. Not that it really matters. Adina has the nervousness and tears down to a fine art, in the same way a genuine survivor of such a hideous experience would be unable to fight off.

Well done, Adina!
