Rampage no way watch Nothing to Loose with 6'4.5 Tim Robbins Mcginley is looking no higher than 6'1 flat. In fact since that scene was filmed at nightime Mcginley was probably no more than 6'0.75. Chris Klien is also a legit 6'1 but watch American Pie he is no way over that mark.
Kevin Costner is the smallest out of all of them at 183cm. But your spot on hugh with your estimate for Ledger and Keanu Reeves there not really in the 6'1 club.
