I think the younger generation- 18-25 years- is tall in almost every western state in order of perfect nutrition, good medicare and wealth. I only know few people here in Bern (Switzerland) which are in my age and stand UNDER 6.1, thatīs just the truth. Many of them also are over 1m90 and this isn`t unusual at all. Croatia by far seems to have the highest proportion of 6'4" or 6'5" guys I've ever seen. In Dalmatia they are even taller than the Dutch, average is 6'1" in southern coastal Croatia. A great number of Croatian sports stars are in this range. However on average in Croatia average height is actually only around 5'10" and the men are much shorter on average in Zagreb etc. But southern coastal Croatia is very tall but even 6'4" is noticeably tall. But population of age 17-35 today in Croatia are 6'1 tall in average,something like that.maybe even taller...

Most men here Croatia are between 5' 9" (175 cm) and 6'1'' (185 cm), altough there are plenty that go beyond that (the average height in this country is pretty high). Visnjic with his 6'4'' (193 cm) is extraordinary tall even by Croatian standards :) Anonymous says on 1/Dec/08

Saw him on the Jonathan Ross show last night and you know I really wonder about this 6ft 4. When hasselhoff stood beside the ross guy he looked like a 193-194cm guy. When Goran stood beside him Goran didn't look more than a 6ft 3 guy! Anonymous says on 22/May/05

In comparing his height to Wyle's, he only looks 3-4 inches taller, that being said, if we know so many heights are false on E.R...let's get into the women's heights! Goran doesn't even stand tall on the show, and still looks more than a foot taller than most of the women on the show. Even while he slouches, virtually none of the women even reach his shoulders. I definately have a hunch (pardon the pun) that Linda Cardellini, Maura Tierney, and Parminder Nagra are closer to 5 feet than 5'3" that all of them get generously listed as. While Wyle might be wearing lifts, or standing on a crate, he certainly doesn't appear to be dwarfed by Goran though, who I do see being a solid 193-194 cm standing tall.
