She looked really gorgeous in The Woman in the Window. She was wearing a net top earlier in the film in which you could see right through. It was nice and tight too!! Difficult to tell the exact difference with Edward G as she was in heels.

The Woman in the Window is an interesting flip-side to Scarlet Street, the same director and actors but they're all less evil people and more roughed-up victims of fate and it ends like a comedy.

I don't think she looked 163 next to Edward G. Robinson in Scarlet Letter. She was in heels and he looked near 5'6 if that was the case and Sam and I agree he was likely even a smidge under 5 ft 5.

Thanks Rob, and yup, Sam read my mind. You might want to remove a t from Scarlett though! I've seen half of the above films and was very impressed with her, particularly in Scarlet Street which is a masterpiece of cinema.

Rob, could you add Little Women, The Woman in the Window, The Secret Beyond the Door..., The Reckless Moment, and Suspiria...she was certainly good in a certain type of movie, as a dragon lady in creepy fever-dream horror-thrillers!
