@Ajax- I think 175 spot on. Well when saying you are almost 177 is different from saying just 177. He could be 176.5 out of bed and 175 midday and drop to 174.5 at his absolute low.

but agin this site is based on afternoon measurements and he siad almost 177 in the morning which could mean 176.5 or so so in the afternoon or just before bed a 175.5 guy so a 176 figure isnt an impossible figure for him.i still think 175.5-176 before bed and 177.5-178 out of bed but i could be rong since it depends on how much he shrinks.

@Rob - I would argue weak 5ft9 for him. He looked noticeably shorter than Werner (who I believe is a 5ft 9.5 guy). He looked at least 6-7 shorter than Toni Kroos too.

If he's just under 177 out of bed, that means he's probably 5'9.5 and losing a half inch a day seems pretty average for a person, so then 5'9 seems fair.

@recapa I can't see 178 in the morning. Joshua himself has admitted being almost 177 in the morning, so it's even possible that he is a bit under 177 in the morning since he said "almost". Generally he is a 175-175.5 guy.
The 176 listing he got seems to have taken earlier in the day (like 2 hours out of bed).

@Editor "Fast 1,77" translates to "almost 1.77" so 5ft 9 is already fair enough.
If you're Mr. 100% you'd change his description from "around 177cm" to what he really claimed – "in the morning, almost 177cm".

Joshua is a superbly fit footballer and of average height. I think that it is easier to score goals if a player is very tall but tactical ability on the field is also essential in a game of football, and all the guys CAN score, even the shorter ones!
