I'm not self-conscious about my height, I've just always wanted to be taller. But it's never stopped me with girls.
Me: if you get low enough with the camera people might believe I’m 6ft. End result: Still 5,8

He looks taller than AJ Pritchard who is listed here at 5ft 7.5. Louis Smith next to AJ is listed anywhere from 179-184cm, but the guy on the far right is also listed 184cm, so 179cm seems more realistic. Still, I think Kem looks taller than he is listed here.
Dom Joly is also listed online at 5ft 10-5ft 11 and he doesn't look 4+ inches taller than Kem.

It's obvious from his legs that he is not 5ft 8in. If he were 5ft 8in with his legs, his torso would look disproportionately long which it doesn't. Personally, I'd say 168cm which is just over 5ft 6in rather than 169cm (5ft 6.5in).

No, he doesn't look short next to the girl, in fact he looks positively tall and towering! There is a right-heighted person for everyone and in fact there may be several heights (or any height) that are right for some people.
The smile may give Kem loads of self belief but it is also self belief and confidence that is giving him his smile! In fact he can forget about height entirely! In any case he may appear taller to people due to the confidence he is displaying, he looks happy with himself in the above photograph!
There are several things people can do to make sure they are happy with themselves, whether it be how they dress, leading a healthy lifestyle, or doing good things for other people.

His bright red shoes spell out confidence in abundance, and that smile is going to give him loads of self-belief, whether he's had dental work or not! So why should he worry about being below average in height, with attributes like that?
As we always say, you can't change your height, but there are loads of things that can make you feel happy with the way you look, thereby increasing confidence and giving the impression that you are taller!

Wow I did guess him at around 5'8 before this page was created and there was any evidence of his claim. I can see now he looks a lot shorter than that - maybe even a 5'6 flat given his ex is tiny.

Editor Rob he was roughly in the 5ft 6 range on one of the - I believe Scott Mills - show, but it's funny he goes with 5ft 8, I have seen this a lot, guys in 5ft 6-6.5 range claiming to be 5ft 8...
