Hmmm I always thought he was somewhere between 5'4" or 5'5". Incidentally I was watching an episode of Sex and the City and he was nearly as tall as Sarah Jessica Parker. I dunno what kind of foot wear she was wearing but assuming she is no bigger than 5'2" tall I doubt she was wearing 4 inch heels... sf says on 3/Feb/08
