I've learned what suits me over the years. I'm 5ft 6in tall and have got decent legs and chest, so I try to wear clothes that flatter accordingly. I can't stand it when I go into a shop and the assistants tell me I look great in everything, even if I blatantly look awful.

Tina's Sam Failsworth shouted over to Gaynor Faye's Judy in this morning's Classic episode, "Nice day for it!"
Judy replied, "For what?"
Sam said, "For spying on the neighbours!"
I think both girls, seeming as they were both at their front doors, might have been guilty of that!

I don't think Jim MacDonald appreciated the way Sam reacted when he stood up for her in today's 'Classic Coronation Street'.
No wonder she ran after him to apologize!
She looked quite tiny next to Jim (Charles Lawson), and I expected to find around 5ft4 for her. Lawson could pass for 5ft11.75.

I'll go with just over 5ft5 (5ft5.25), because I do not think she is 5ft6 either!
I remember her in 'Coronation Street', but don't watch Hobley, or 'Holby City' very much! It isn't difficult to remember she went on to star in Holby though - for obvious word-based reasons, and I do love my words!

Editor Rob the listing is my own guess. If a quote can be found I always will add it to give a balance - you can believe the celebrities own claim or not.

I've seen 5'5 listed for Tina Hobley, and I get the impression that is more her real height. I don't think she's as tall as 5'6.
Also in a newspaper once they published several different photographs of various celebrities standing by each other to illustrate the height differences between tall and short people. I think Tina was with Zoe Ball (who is about 5'10 - not the 6ft she was credited with), and they gave Tina's height as 5ft! I saw several other sources since then who must have used that article as a reference because they also gave her height as only 5ft.
There's no way Tina is only 5 feet tall! I would say at least 5'4, and probably 5'5 max.
