I always imagined her being 5'5 or 5'6, but when I see her in concert, despite her wearing heels, she looked ridiculously tiny. 5'2 sounds about right.

Everywhere I have heard that Tori is 5 ft. 2 in, including the authorized biography on her. She openly professes her love for heels and ALWAYS wears them on stage, so any over estimates are probably due to that. I'm surprised to hear someone call her "big boned" as she always seems so tiny to me. I think her upper body especially is very small in comparison to her wider hips. Her weight has fluxuated a lot over the years since her solo career started, due to pregnancy, miscarriages, etc. so I think that could also contribute to that comment. PS - I love Tori! :o)

She must have been wearing some huge heels the night she presented an award with Frankie Muniz (5'6) because she dwarfed him! Unless Frankie's a liar?

She Magazine 1998, this was only the transcription so unsure of it:

Amos has always been described as being "five foot three" but I think that they're giving her height with shoes on because she does appear to be more on the 5 foot 2 line. Many articles and reviews of her concerts also state her height as 5'2".

I was her waiter in London once. She ate a big steak. She's very short (I'd say 5'2). Her curvy big-boned frame accented her shortness. But she was extremely genuine and polite.
