He's about the same height as Rob, but his head is noticably shorter than Rob's. Consequently, his neck is much longer and shoulders much more sloping.
From the shoulders, Rob is definitely higher, but they look the same height.

He could be 5'8". It could be a different posture he is asserting or Rob could have a slightly higher heel in his shoe. I would buy 5'8".

Cuz when you get used to staring at pics to gauge heigthts, your eyesight sharpens beyond what normal ppl see. It's just like anything else that you focus on more than normal ppl.

Might actually be a smidgen below 5'8". Looks about 1/4 inch shorter than Rob.
