English actress, best known for playing Sergeant June Ackland in TV series The Bill and Georgia Sharma on Emmerdale.
Weight-wise I've always been fairly light. I've never owned scales, but I'm about nine stone and 5ft 6ins tall.

I can get into the same trousers I was wearing as a 20-year-old. People hate me for it! Which is why I don't say it. It sounds so awful when you know how hard some people have to work. My weight does vary, but I've never owned scales. I imagine I'm about nine stone. I'm a size 10 to 12 and 5ft 6ins.

Trudie has just started her role in Classic Emmerdale. I’d like to compare her to a few of the others before I cast my vote, but I think she’s 5ft6 in it. Perhaps she’s lost a tiny bit of height now.

Oh NO! Trudie’s medium character in heartbeat is displaying signs of the stigmata. The wounds aren’t in the right place but it’s creepy nonetheless!

Trudie is playing a medium in an episode of Heartbeat, and she certainly seems to be the real deal. She is in touch with the spirit of a recently murdered woman, and her husband has gone right to the top of my list!

I noticed Trudie’s one-time colleague from the series ‘The Bill’, Eric Richard, who played Bob Cryer, show up in ‘Omen III - The Final Conflict’, playing the part of an astronomer. He didn’t look short, and was really rather more handsome than he was in ‘The Bill’. Mind you, we only had one other actor to compare him to!

I’ve noticed that many male members of the classic cop show The Bill now accept parts as vagabonds! They obviously wish to play something completely different, but this isn’t the case with our trusty Trudie; well not as yet…..

Editor RobDoes look taller...but then maybe Trudie lost a bit of height now and La Roux more 5ft 7ish, not really looked much at her mind you!
