What do we think of NMIXX Haewon's height? Her profile was changed from 163cm to 155cm after she was seen with Weeekly's Jihan (165cm) at Dream Concert 2022. For context, Haewon was wearing roughly 15cm heels while Jihan was in flat shoes, but Haewon appeared only a few cm taller. However, when standing with her members in similar footwear, she's about the same height as them (except for Sullyoon and Bae).

Imo Yuna and yeji is usually boosted more than chae because in promotions thicker usually appears a lot taller due to thicker shoes and they both have a higher claim of 170 and 168 respectively.

Itzy heights are really confusing. I’m only sure that Yuna is the tallest in ITZY, the rest I don’t know. I won’t be surprised if Ryujin is under 160, and Yeji is taller than Chaeryeong.

The insoles are in the socks. Its the best place to have when performing to reduce slippage. Ideally the sock is actually the insole. Notice they dont show their feet.
The more recent vid i provided where we can see theyre feet is a much better indicator

You guys really need to take the fact that insoles are the norm in kpop into. For some idols they wont leave their bedroom without them.
You need to catch them on their days off to get a better picture of their height.

Hey bgh, I was wondering about your guess about SF9 members heights. I heard that their member, Rowoon is one of the tallest male K-pop idol and he claimed to be 190 or 191cm and sometimes 189 but many fans guessed him at 192 but he says it is not true. There was video that Rowoon said he was measured at 189.7cm but I don’t remember which site it was. I would like to hear your guess on all of the other members heights and Rowoon’s height as well

SEVENTEEN’s heights are really tricky.
Sometimes, Hoshi looks taller than 95’ line (S.Coups, Joshua and Jeonghan) and sometimes shorter. I originally thought Joshua was the tallest one in 95’ liner but he kinds of look shorter nowadays (footwear, maybe?)
The8 has insanely good proportions, and he wears insoles a lot, so I thought he could pass for 178+ at first, but now he looks more 176 to me and he looks similar to DK.

Sounds accurate. I think Xiaoting is 168 since she looks 3cm shorter than Wonyoung who I peg at 171, and she looks similar range to Eunseo (167cm)

Interesting, Yunho has never struck me as under 5’11. Definitely being taller than 3/5 of the others is an advantage, but he doesn’t seem that much farther off from Changmin (who’s a strong 6’). If he’s wearing lifts, then they’ve been doing a really good job, I’ll tell you that.

But even people like Jimin & Suga have seemed somewhat close (albeit there may have been angle or footwear biases there). Nonetheless I have them at 169.5 and 170.2 respectively and honestly if we peg Jin at that 176 mark, he’s 5.7-6.4 cm taller than them (I’ve noticed that this is the absolute maximum height difference that can pass sometimes as unnoticeable; *see V and Eddie Redmayne). Jin’s proportions still come through though and he looks taller than the majority of BTS on most occasions.

In a premiere yesterday, both JIN and TOP showed up, wearing equally flat wear dress shoes, flat hair, and the carpet they were on had a little foot marker to indicate where they stand and both stood their foot on it the same way. Also, the video were done by the same camera crew at a front facing angle and the letters behind are good indicators, so I really don't think there can be any height photo comparison better than this.
Going to be honest TOP is someone who's a legit 179 kind of guy, 5'10 1/2 guy who probably wakes up somewhat close to the 181 he claims, never really below 179. (I know some ancient old pics online show he looks 5'8 but he definitely grew since then)
Looking at this picture/video, he genuinely looks to have a solid 1.25-1.5 inch on Jin based on the letter markings in the back, and just proportion overall.
CONCLUSION: Jin is 176-176.5 cm. I can no longer see a 175.3 or 177.2 listing for him after this. He's a decent 5'9. Tbh, I initially expected him to look almost on par with TOP but the difference is too big and it was really recognizable the size difference, so I think this will finally confirm the 5'9 confirmation that everyone in the comments has on Jin.

@Viktoria I can't see her more than 171. That being said she does have good proportions which naturally make her appear taller. With Sunghoon, she more than often looks 3 inches shorter

Imo 173 is the highest for wonyoung. In running man wonyoung looked same range as dongjun in tennis shoes. Dongjun is slightly shorter than 173.6 measured kwanghee.

I suppose Yuna could be 166, but there is some evidence to suggest that sunghoon and yeonjun are both 179+ especially how they looked next to soobin and how yeonjun measured 185 in a video in shoes so wonyoung could be upgraded to 172.
The question is what evidence is there that yeonjun/sunghoon are not 180 and wonyoung is not 173 bc i really haven't found anything that would seriously convince me one way or the other

Just watched the video. I think we can safely rule out 5’9 or over for Beomgyu and Taehyun. Yeonjun is an insoles wearer (as seen in the HYBE episode) so I will rule out 5’11, HueningKai is not 6 foot and Soobin is not 6’1.

Soobin is 6’0, no more. HueningKai probably 5’11 range. If Sunghoon is 179+, then Wonyoung would be 172 range, which makes Yoon from Stayc 172, which doesn’t match up since she claimed 170. @nz if I remember correctly Soobin was only an inch taller than RM making him 6' flat. Kai would be 180, Yeonjun looks 176 in comparison. I can't see Beomgyu taller than 174 and to say Taehyun was 173 would be a push

IF RM is 179cm then jungkook is 5'8 or 173cm
