"How tall are you?"
AI: I'm 5'4" and a half, so I'm not tall, but people come up to me and say, "You look like you're such a tall person."

Oh, I remember Amy as the kind-hearted brunette from the film 'Carrie', the original and best version that is, not that the star-studded remake isn't worth seeing, because it is!
Anyway, Amy plays the only girl in Carrie's class who could be regarded as a friend to her. At the time of the film's release (1977 in the UK,though it was made in 1976), the young woman who played Carrie, Sissy Spacek, aged 24, was written up as 5ft3. Amy was a little bit taller than her and 5ft4 really does seem pretty much spot-on!
So much so that I will go along with it whole-heartedly!
When the film 'Hide and Seek' was made many years later, and starring Robert de Nero and Dakota Fanning, Amy will still have been young enough to have kept her 5ft4. Then there is another film Amy was in at much the same time as 'Carrie', starring Kick Douglas, called 'The Fury', which might be of interest to those of you who liked her in 'Carrie'! It is also an original supernatural yarn!

Now - hooray! - Amy has a well-deserved first comment! 😇 👌 🎈 🎉 🎈 🎆 🎈 🎇 🎈 🎊 🎈 🎆
