Editor Rob always a chance some guys manage to have been measured earlier, like 1 hour from rising.
also some guys like this do have injuries that may knock a fraction from their height even by late 30's - Carwin had a bad herniated disc, his back was also compressed and they drilled off some bone in his vertebrae.

Click Here Here you have royce gracie who always was listed 6'1(184 cm in one fight in japan).. he stands next to both ronaldo and kaka and looks 6'(wich is what sherdog lists him as nowadays). Funny thing is that I've heard that Overeem is suppose to have friends he visits a little on the down low in Sweden(He's mom and girlfriend are from Sweden I believe.) just 30 mins by car where I live. I should start hanging out there and see if I can get a glimpse of him to better judge his height ;) Hehe, maybe i can even measure him myself if I ask polite ;D

All I know is that cena himself said in a video that he was 6' and 6'1 in cool shoes :p I used to watch wrestling when I was a kid, but don't anymore so I haven't really "studied" Cena(I watched during the WWF days). I'm more interested in heights of MMA fighters and Boxers. And I can't say what height they are, but I can say who is taller or shorter than the other. What I don't get though is that Ronaldo(maybe even barefoot) can look so much taller than Cain in shoes, when Ronaldo is "only" 185cm. And that is measured with a laser. Don't the laser add hair too? I measured 183 with a laser when I had cut off all my hair basicly. And my father with hair measured 185, but he is the exact same height as me.. so it could even be that ronaldo is a 6'footer if they didn't deduct the hair from that laser-measurement :p If Cain really was 6'1 as listed then it would add up with a 6'2.5 lesnar.. but cain clearly isn't 6'1. I don't even think he is 6'.. he sure doesn't look it againt ronaldo. Here at 1:36 is the video from that staredown.. I've seen other angles where you can see cain has no shoes on.. and even in this video you can see his trainers holding his shoes for him.. so they are both barefoot.

I could give Couture 5'11.5", Cain's prob an even 6', Carwin was measured 6'1 3/8" at the NFL scouting combine though that's probably a morning measurement, and I thought Junior was once billed 6'4", but he look's more 6'2" to me.
But yeah, UFC listings are pretty useless. At least you know with WWE listings that most of them are consistently overbilled by 2" so you can usually guess their actual height fairly accurately. UFC though is all over the place-- sometimes they're right on the money, other times their ludicrously overbilled (*cough, cough* Carwin listed at 6'5" *cough, cough*) so you'd need to research to find out which ones are accurate.

I still think brock is 6'2-6'2.5 and alistar 6'3-6'3.5 They seem close in height at the weigh-in staredown, but brock is standing a little on his tip-toes.. they are half to an inch apart. Something I noticed too is how both brock and overeem look smaller than what they used to look like to me. In particular overeem.. his arms compared to some fights in k-1.. seem more slim now.. he was bulkier before.. in my eyes at least. Gonna be a fun fight :)

There is no way Jon Jones is under 6'4". He is a very solid 6'4", he had a good 3 inches on Lyoto Machida in their fight and he looked even in height with Alistair Overeem. I think Alistair might be a bit closer to 6'4". He does not look 6'5" with Brock Lesnar in the photos posted below!

Yea Lesnar at 280lb walking around makes a lot of sense because he looks around that in his fights since he has to cut to 265. Hes still a good 15lbs at least less than he was in WWE.

Legend, when you bulk up in weight a bit of fat the least is going to come on. Best to gain little fat as possible. Its easier to gain fat with muscle then pure muscle so you'll see guys bulking up faster but sometimes they'll gain too much fat in the process

Brock's gotta be atleast 6'2.5 min. He has 3 inches on Randy Couture and pissibly 2 inches in Cain Velasquez. Also, Brock is almost at par with Junior Dos Santos, who is a legit 6'3". Anything less than 6'2" for Brock is laughable. FYI, I've met Cain at a UFC fan access event, around the same height as me, couldn't really tell buthe's atleast 6 feet. Legend - you got the right idea sticking with bench press, because that works your delts as well - but it's still worth giving your shoulders some isolation with presses or laterals, or whatever to fully develope them.

Lesnar had 10% body fat I read at 285lbs for his NFL tryout and thats an excellent stat. 10% of that weight is going to be a huge difference than someone whos a lot lighter. Now his body fat looks more around 15-16 which isn't bad though. Still in the good range

Lesnar did 225lbs 40 reps I read and thats pretty darn good in my book. I could get it 19-20 reps myself fresh.

i did a little digging for brocks combine numbers and could only find his stats not his measurements, benchpress he did 30 reps @ 225, not 40 @ 225 like some people here had him down for couple months back
