In a ThisIsLondon interview he mentioned that "I'm 6ft 5in, I'm 23, I'm from the Borders and I like chicken", although on Twitter he has also claimed, "Yes i'm 6'6" i give great hugs!", "I'm 6'5" and three quarters in my "trance trousers"" and to cover all the quarter inches even giving "I am 6'5" and a quarter."

Editor RobWell I looked through some fan photos at cons and really I think his eye-chin isn't quite much over 5 inches, but because he has a longer eye-top of head, his head can be in 10+ range.

6 ft 5 is more likely. Google has him listed as 197cm, which could be his peak in the morning, but he's not 6 ft 6. To the closest centimetre to be 6 ft 6, you basically need to be 198cm. The average for this giant should be 6 ft 5 (196cm).

It's possible. However, Bo Burnham strikes me as someone being slightly taller than Calvin Harris. Unlike Calvin, Bo can easily look taller than 6'5.25", at times.
Bo Burnham: 6'5.25"-6'5.375". (Likely equal in height with Metta World Peace.)
Calvin Harris 6'5.125"-6'5.25". (It's hard to say because of his lax posture.)

A guy who is 6’5 1/4 at a low will easily get guessed at 6’7” by someone who is non suspecting but not someone who can accurately gauge height

Met Calvin a few years ago in Glasgow. He had to duck under a doorways at the venue, and absolutely towered over the majority of people there. If Calvin Harris is 197cm tall, Afrojack can' t be 202cm but max 199-200cm. No more than an inch between them.
