Man I just watched Walker Texas Ranger. Clearly one of the best in the business and one of my favorite actors for sure. Hard to believe he’s gone

Say it ain’t so. Rest In Peace

Avg guess is a bit low. I doubt he fell below 5’8” in his prime even in the afternoon. He’s probably Rob’s height or 1/8” lower to be more precise since Rob is 5’8 1/8” at his Low

@Tunman: I’ve even seen 6’0 listings for Judson Mills. I’d say 5’10”. It was tricky with Norris as he wore boots most of the time. I think Willingham may have been 5’10 or so peak since Norris looked his height on the show with boots so maybe 5’9 later. A lot of guys looked smaller due to that

@Editor Rob: mark cuban was in a couple episodes (at least one) at the end of season 8 when Walker (Norris) and Alex (Sheree Wilson) got married

Agree with listing solid 5’8 peak

Rob,are you sure Willingham was 5'10 at peak?Although he might have lost near 1" I have a hard time to believe he was more than 5'8 by the time of WTR (perhaps the full 5'9 is arguable for peak though)

He's clearly shorter than Norris on both pics although the first one I think favored Chuck a little

I'd need to see him in his 30's to really tell how much he lost. He was certainly a few inches shy of Scott Bakula in a Quantum Leap episode too.

Great idea, Canson! 😁👍

Clarence looks a nice, friendly fellow.

Clarence has been in some memorable films, that's for sure. 😃👌

Clarence was the name of a cross-eyed lion in a delightful programme I watched as a little girl. It centred round the goings-on in a jungle, including a centre which cared for the sick and injured wildlife. The family, inclusive of medical staff, had pets including Clarence 🦁 who, because he was cross-eyed, stood little chance of surviving in the wild. He was lovely, friendly and tame. There was a family chimp called Judy as well. 🐒

Another sight-impaired character by the name of Clarence was the stuttering, stammering character known simply as Clarence, in a sitcom of the same name. I used to look forward to that comedy each week, and thought it was underrated. The late, great Ronnie Barker played Clarence.

It would seem Mr Gilyard has 20/20 vision, which is pretty much essential when you work as an actor!

5ft8. 😃🎬😎

Rob,any idea about the rest of WTR cast?
Judson Mills is listed 5'11,James Wlcek at 5'10 Marco Sanchez at 6' and Noble Willingham at 5'11.Okay I felt they're a little exagerated especially Willingham who looked smaller than Norris although he lost height by that time maybe 5'8 range peak.Mills I thought more 5'9-10 Wlcek more like 5'9 range and Sanchez somewhere in that 5'10-11 range but I'm really not sure.Your estimates are welcome
Editor Rob
Would never have thought Noble ever hit 5ft 11, obviously he lost height by the time of the show and could look closer in height to Chuck and Clarence. Maybe he was 5ft 10 in youth, but would need to look.

Judson also wasn't that much taller than Chuck. Interestingly there are a few actors I've read about that show and how Chuck wasn't as keen on being 'towered' over. Even a women said she was 5ft 8 and lost a guest role on the show because of height.
