I think he is straight 170 cm. He looks at least 5 cm shorter than RDJr in marvel movies. But I assume RDJr is using lifts also in role cause in some scenes he looks almost same Height as Chris Evans.

Funny seeing him face off against Lebron in Space Jam (definitely not my jam but I’m not someone who remembers the original as a quality film either), even my son noted Don’s comparative lack of stature, although most in Hollywood would get quite towered over by King James.

Damon is a bit closer to the camera, but possibly leaning more. I'd bet Damon is 5'9.5" and Cheadle 5'7.5". A legitimate 5'10" man like Guy Pearce definitely looked taller next to Cheadle than Damon does.

It was interesting to see Don at only 171cm...he's one actor that I never really considered on the shorter side until The Avengers when he seemed to be in line with Mark Ruffalo, another 171cm guy. I found this picture of Don and Matt Damon, Click Here, a 177-178cm guy, and you can see that there are about 6-7cm difference between the two of them in similar footwear. Don is just under Matt's hairline. I think 5-7.25 is a good estimate for Don at night.

Editor Rob sometimes we don't know if somebody does wear a half inch or 3/4 inch lift. It is difficult to tell for the majority. When you push it to an inch lift it can start to look more obvious.

5'7, J.Phoenix (5'8) is taller than him and even stated in extras of Hotel Rawanda that Cheadle was only 5'7. Fantastic actor though, he's great in all his movies. I hear he's taking Howard's spot in Iron Man 2, not sure what happened with all that stuff. Both are awesome though..

If you've watched the movie "Crash" and looked at Don's shoe's it's clearly obvious that he is wearing elevator shoes in the movie, yet he still appears short. I'd say he's 5'6" max... which doesn't detract from his ability as an actor in anyway.

lowest 172 average 173cm tallest 174cm, in the movie with Adam Sandler he does look 174cm he was completely barefoot and i'm sure no camera tricks as you see him head to toe, he just walked off the screen and looked 174cm to me.
the listing on the site is correct as he appears to be 173cm about 90% of the time, perhaps he got measured in the morning 174cm or so but we don't take into account morning height but evening averages. ;)

Yes - he read the script, and did the acting. He didn't physically have to morph into a 5'3" man. Watch one of the Partridge Family movies that came out years ago. The guy who played Keith has to be 6 inches taller. Hollywood.

i've seen tons of movies and i can honestly say his lowest is 173cm, that image with GLENN is a very revealing image too, also in most movies while shorter than taller actors he really doesnt look that short his legs are long and got a slim body adding to his tallness.
