Eric Kanevsky measured Jesse barefoot in his prank video. He said he was 5'9.5" ish. Ofc it wasnt the best measurement, holding a tape behind someones head when they have hair and such. Rules out 5'9" flat and 5'10" for Jesse though.
As for Jay, I saw him recently with Larry Wheels who is 6'1" max and this listing seems correct. Not 5'9" but could have been 5'8 1/4.

Rob in this video he gets measured and claims 5´9. I see the average guess is 172 cm and you have him at 173 and it seems like that is the top guess for you? I meet jay cutler 3,5 years ago and i didnt see him as that short. Most celebretias i have meet have been mutch shorter than they look on tv or claim. But Jay cutler could pull of almost 5´9. I dont know what shoes he had. But one thing is sure he is not a mm under 5´8. My guess would be 174 after meeting him. My motther is weak 175 cm and i thought he looked about the same but in some way shorter. In the video they claim he is 5´11 with shoes and hair so not really trustworthy measurement. But i fell 174 cm is closer. I have a freind that is 172,5 and jay cutler was taller. ( but who knows maybe he put in a little lift sometimes. But the 172 cm guesses is way of. The only ones i meet that were taller than i expected was :

His 5ft 9 on a good day could translate to him once measuring 5ft 8.5 range or near 5ft 9 earlier. I can see the argument for it, a few visitors on this page over the years met him and thought 8-9 range too.

Weighing so much for so many years ruined his joints and if he was on steroids the obvious bone growth was more wear and tear.

My buddy who is 5’6” in the morning came in from his leg workout, was changing shoes, and while still in his socks decided to take a picture with Jay. I agree with @Bou. I was at an LA Fit Expo and ran into Jay. I'm shy of 5-8, but he was well over it, not quite 5-9. We were both in similar footwear, so my opinion is 174cm. I'm not sure why Jay gets so much heat as a "short" guy, though I did notice he bills himself as 5-10 at times, which is just plain crazy.

His real height is somewhere around 5'6, definitely nowhere above that. This is another one I really know because of proof instead of cameras, which can make the same person look really tall or really short. There are good pics, but not a lot.

I travel a lot and meet this guy at the airport security line in las vegas. I'm 5'10 and he is no where near my height but looks more muscular in person. When security made us take off our shoes it just made it worst. 5'7 at night 5.725 in the morning.

I get that, but if you ever watch a documentary on him he works out more than most bodybuilders and fitness fanatics. They showed him doing little flexes later into the evening and nobody left i the gym but the cleaners. His dedication is incredible which deserves a lot of respect alone, but you do have to wonder the mentality behind the "bigger the better", IMO it indicates an underlying condition, professional or not.

@TOny, non-anglo bodybuilders know zero about foot, inches, pound,etc conversion. You will notice how most Bodybuilders from outside the anglosphere got their heights listed wrong, and not on purpose, many of them are listed shorter than they really are.
Dennis Wolf is listed only 5'11 but I have met him, he was no less than 6'0... anything from 6'0-6'1 is possible to him I would put him at 6'0.5 or 6'1.
Big ramy is listed at 5'9, but he is clearly above that mark, he is at the lowest a 5'10 guy and could very well be 5'9 1/2 to 5'11. He has 3+ inches on kai greene ( whose real height is 5'7 flat and not 5'8) and 2+ inches over cutler.

There's some pics on bodybuilding.com of fans meeting him who are 5' 9" - 5' 10" and much taller than him. In other words, it puts credibility into 5' 7" claims for Cutler. Mamun isn't even 5' 8", apart from 1st thing AM maybe?

He looks 5'8 to me. All bodybuilders bump their height by an inch (Shawn Ray, Ronnie Coleman, Lou Ferrigno, Arnold Schwarzenegger all came up an inch or so shorter than there competition stats height). Also in his videos, Jay looks noticeably at least an inch, usually much more, shorter than all members of the general public, making me think he must be a strong 5'8" at best.
He looks 5'8 to me. I've been around bodybuilding for a while, since the early 90's and one common thing about bodybuilders is there all short for the most part. Especially the freaks like Cutler.

you know i've got a picture with jay cutler around here somewhere, i'll have to find it, but i met him back around 2002, and he is a massive guy, I'd say you guys are dead on, he looked slightly taller then I am, and i'm slightly over 5'8" give or take depending on the day. He is indeed 5'8".5

in October of 2007 . Almost all pictures , even this one , were taken before
this time . I never knew at that time and while I was taking these pictures
that it will make a very big deal about camere angle , footwear view and
posture . I as well as the kind person helping me to take these pictures
were only focusing in taking a picture that looks good ! None of us had in
our minds that one day these pictures will be used for height estimations?
Even though I personnally liked pictures that were 100 percent stright in
posture and full body shots , the person taking the pictures didn't think
like that ! That is why Leung , only some of my pictures are of a bad angle
like this one ! But if you look at the amazing pictures I have with other
celebs like Alam Channa , Sid , Kane , Kareem and many more ..... They are
of excellent angle and posture .
Long storey short , I had some sort of a celebheights in my mind even years
before I came accross this site . I have met at least 35 more celebs after
October 2007 and taking very much care about the things that the good people
who post in this site look for in order to judge heights . But it isn't easy
and I don't always succeed . I hope I have answered your questions .

Jay is definately a solid 5'8", standard height for a pro bodybuilder. Rarely will you meet a pro on the IFBB circuit who is over 6'0".
