Impressive that his weight, at least at the time of his physical, was a mere 178lbs. For a 182cm man at his advanced age that is not a lot of weight to be carrying.

I don't know what his footwear is, but he looks 6', so I'll give him that. Would not surprise me at all if he is some fraction below it. It's hard for a 5'11 flat guy to stand out in modern America, at least among white voters, so I'd say he's got to be above that. Besides, he might take me outside if I shortchange him.

I Saw Joe in the Iowa debate, and he was noticeably the tallest person on the stage (slightly taller than Bernie), including 5'11" Jake Tapper. Biden still appears to be close 6' - I would have guessed a young Joe Biden would have been 6'1" or close to. He really hasn't lost that much height, which is odd.

I doubt he's quite as low as 15% body fat. No question his body composition is decent for his age, but for a nearly 80 year old guy, 15% be pretty ripped. Maybe low 20s.
Height wise - shrinking with age varries a lot. I've had 2 elder male relatives I'm thinking of one who made it to mid 60s with no height loss and the other who probably had lost a good inch and a half by that age. The one who lost no height kept fit and active, the one who lost height was an overweight smoker who did truck driving for a living.
Joe does look about this measurement - I can believe 6'0" - 6'0.5" range peak.

Nice to see he got an official measurement. Definitely don't have a hard time believing it, he still looks pretty close to 6ft. He's held up pretty well heightwise, especially compared to guys like Bernie and Trump
